Is it just me who is curious about their Instagram story (about 15 min ago)????

Shouldn't they be working fucking day and night to get all the skis out? I don't really get it. Saw that they've posted a story but that wasn't what I was hoping for. I mean, months without any social media useage at all, and now they post a shit story, going in a car by some house's or something like that, lol.

I tried to message them in hopes that somebody was actually on the account live. No luck. Fuck these guys

I order blinks, other people have gotten theirs but not me. Ordered august 14th, order not completed as of rn

My talismans were waiting for me when I got home from my trip out west. And there is no return information and no email response.

Like no return address on the package?

Did anyone else end up ordering Bodrum's?

Coincidentally - I just received an email (15 minutes ago) from revision expressing that my order has been completed.

I live in Australia, so expect to see me ripping park city of my revisions in 2019....

I got my blinks last week, ordered August 22nd. When I tried filing a claim with my bank they told me since the purchase was that long ago it would take anywhere from 1-6months to get my money back... Mine was a debit card purchase though, and I read something online about debit refunds being a bit more difficult

Im trying to stay positive through this and hope revision can bounce back after this season. I think we can all agree they really jumped the gun on the whole mass production thing. The factory fucking up the cores and the lack of staff doesn't help. Their website says "We are focused on making skis that are fun to ride" HAHA riding revisions?! Thats absurd! (JK thought that was funny)

What really sucks is all the kids (like me) who broke the banks to buy their product just to get email after email about their skis being delayed. Without being able to get my money back I was left with some broken afterbangs and a pair of revisions in some other part of the world.

I really tried to keep my glass half full for them but... It seems like something is wrong or they are flat out lying to us. Its been two weeks since I got the email saying may skis were in the warehouse. I haven't heard from them since. It seems like they don't even have my skis yet or they are just shipping one ski a day. doesn't make sense to me... If I was in their situation I would be shipping skis out like a mad man. Idk if they are lazy or have a legit problem, but not supporting them through this doesn't help. Thats the last thing they need.

well hopefully I'll have them by next season. Good luck Revision

to everybody who ordered talismans, a buddy of mine just got his tracking number for his today so they exist. I got my order complete email and then got a tracking number the next day then my skis a few days after that

It just has an address for a shipping company in Aurora as the return address and the same on the packing list.

hahaha they probably anticipated half their orders to be sent back so they strategically left out the return address.

So I ordered my Blinks on the 19th of January and got an email yesterday saying the order was 'complete'. At the moment I'm living in France.

Concidentally, this was one day after I filed a claim with HSBC and got refunded on my debit purchase more or less straight away after explaining how I hadn't received the product or any response.

So given that I thought I was never going to see my skis I went ahead and ordered some master blasters just so I have something to ride for the rest of the season. So now, I can't afford both pairs and will either be broke if I end up paying for both, have to return the Blinks without knowing the return address or return the MB skis after JL himself was super sound to me and gave me a 20% discount as a pro deal. I'd rather my money went to them and supported Jskis, but I'm not sure that I'm going to be able to return the Blinks given what people above have said.

Thanks Revision.

I would imagine that Revision plans on being insolvent. Keep trying to get a return adress from them. If they can't/won't provide the RA, then that is their problem. Make sure you document. I doubt they can collect.

Yah, here it is:

They can post youtube videos, but not run a ski company.

Bowing to your business savvy here; when you say they 'can't collect' you think they can't challenge my refund and I'm going to be with their skis and my money? Or you mean they won't physically come and collect the Skis so this is all dependant on whether or not there's a return address available. Sorry naive to these matters, to be honest.

I'm just saying. If they won't give you an RA, for something you already got a refund on, then they can't charge you. Make sure you document this, and consult with your bank to make sure they won't allow a charge to go through.

Honestly this pisses me off so much that they are trying to crawl back out of this with still no communication or anything. I made a YouTube account just to tear them a new one I doubt they'll respond though.

Usually athletes/athlete team managers upload edits to smaller channels like theirs, not the people/person in charge of actually running the business. also please stop giving banking and fraud advice here, most of what you have said is wrong. banks/credit card companies are pretty damn stingy about giving refunds and will only do it if there is a clearly fraudulent business involved. While Revision is garbage in terms of customer service and actually running a company, they do have a real business that sells real products which means a bank/credit card company probably won't see them as fraudulent and either not issue a refund or re-charge you for the product. Most of those protections are for when people steal your cards and buy shit in your name. I'd hate to see a kid dispute the charge and get money back, spend that money and then have the bank/credit card company come back and charge them again when they don't find evidence of fraud. That being said, if that happened they could maybe return the skis to Revision but given their lack of helpfulness right now I wouldn't bank on that working. Fucked up situation.

It looks like a bunch of orders just got completed today.(Mine included. I ordered some blinks on August 3rd).

Also Revison started to post again on their instagram story and they just uploaded their newest edit to youtube this morning. They still are a horrible company, but maybe somebody is starting to pull their head out of their ass and they are doing something right for a change.

Still not a fan of these guys, they cant even answer an email. However, maybe they aren't totally dead yet.

Still not going to close out the claim I filed with my credit card company until the skis are in my hand.

seems to me they must have acquired some interns to run the company for them in the past few days and actually get shit done

The lack of shipping product in a timely manner (especially when there is a short window of opportunity to uitilize it) is fraudulent. Not offering refunds on failure to deliver IS fraudulent, ignoring any and all correspondence IS fraudulent.

You don't have to tell me what a bank/CC card company will or won't do for you. I'm an adult, and have been in similar situations outside the ski industry.I have never had my bank side with anyone lese but me when presented with documented proof of failure on the part of the other party.

If the company can't provide sufficient evidence that the order was fulfilled, the customer wins the chargeback. Consequently, if the company does provide sufficient evidence showing the order was fulfilled (in a timely manner), the customer will not win the chargeback, and no money will be awarded. It's not complicated. Your statement about banks and credit card companies being stingy, is incorrect. Credit card companies want to keep their members happy, so if the evidence is there, the money goes right back into the customer's pocket.

"While Revision is garbage in terms of customer service and actually running a company, they do have a real business that sells real products which means a bank/credit card company probably won't see them as fraudulent"

This is completely untrue, and irrelevant. Real businesses that sell real products commit real fraud. If they take payment and the order is not fulfilled in the amount of time agreed upon when entering that "contract," that is considered fraud, and the card carrier will award the customer their money back. Chargebacks can be filed for services not rendered, merchandise not received, etc. It's the exact same process and the burden is on the merchant to provide evidence to the contrary.

Revision will be back next season under a new name. Something along the lines of: "Third times a charm"

I hope they come back as " extenuating circumstances" just to keep rolling off the revision theme

Id actually like to ski a pair of dimes to see what they are like. Curious as to why this company was hyped. Not saying they are bad or good just curious.

Told them 3 or 4 times before shipping not to send me the skis as I had refunded. No response and they shipped it anyway, have a tracking number. You just have to throw your hands up. If I end up paying for the return shipping...

Someone is actually taking time to respond on their YouTube-comments, Lmao. I hopp that the person connected to their YouTube-account isn't involved in the company or their mail system.

Same thing with me. Order completed last Wednesday. Still no shipping info yet

Hey at least were making progress on the front still! Went from no clue what the heck is happening to an email saying you may get your product at some point!

iv been trying to contact them for info on returning my skis (where to send my skis and how to make sure I actually get my refund in a timely manner) and no reply in almost 2 weeks/3 emails. Their website says you can return orders for a refund up until 2 weeks after receiving product. And of course they aren't replying within that 2 week window..
