I got to ski a fun pow run in the best snow I had all year and then I hit a new cliff and stomped.

Really good day today, had fun sent, enjoyed pow and got a hot dog in the lot from people who cooked breakfast and lunch at the resort

Heavy but they rip. Skied packed pow on the best terrain bogus offers all afternoon and had the best day of my season.
 
It’s nice they actually have a bunch of smaller stuff for people to learn on now instead of the random weird ass features they normally put there

idk I've tried them a bunch and can't really line them up properly and tend to fall off on my heel side. These days I just do sw tails cuz its easier for me to line it up and get on top of the rail properly
 
Are most moguls created by a secret society of skiers taking this line? I wish I had a time lapse so I can see how some of the messed up bumps form.

I don't wanna be helmet police but the patient I helped today could've been a lot more fucked up had he not been wearing one. It did its job but the entire front visor of the helmet broke away and homie couldn't remember riding the chair before.
 
Hit so many fucking rocks at A basin today. Their coverage still isn't great on the steeper stuff. Great day though, so many of the natty hits are firing still

You don't need to come in at an angle for sw lip come in close to the rail and pop hard as hell

What's the word on free parking at crested butte? Can't find anything consistent and heading there for the first time end of march
 
my friend just absolutely decimated his shoulder from trying a mute 3. that's gotta suck :(

dawg i don't even know if they got it, when i went there we paid and it was still super far from the lodge. i think free parking is like. super super far from the lodge. but CB is hella sick have fun.
 
i think its pretty insane my office view everyday so far is looking out at the arapahoe natl forest and rocky mtn natl park. Skiing is amazing.
 
You have to park in town and ride the bus to the resort. I went there in January. I ended up paying $25 like a chump.

Friggin BONE DRY here in central maine. It’s so annoying there is basically no snow on the ground or in the forecast, everyone south and east of us is getting snow. It’s a bummer cause I will be working like crazy in march and won’t have much time to ski

Same here too. We *might get snow tomorrow. But it looks like just an inch or two. It's so weird seeing brown grass everywhere at this time of the year. Last year I couldn't see the mailbox the piles were so tall
 
I always see people wearing dorky ass Naruto stuff with the little clouds on it and think it’s capeesh. Dunno if the annoyance is caused by poor branding by capeesh or if weebs are just insufferable, probably a little of both

I skied for the first time in almost two weeks since I reinjured my knee and i had so much fun just watching my friends and finding little stashes of soft snow on easy runs. Sat on a knuckle and offered to film for random people, they were so stoked. I got two kids who made their first cork 7s and felt just as stoked as when I land a new trick.

I think I will wait til summer if I have to get surgery (haven't seen a doctor yet - kinda wanna find a different one than last time). I don't care if I can't really ski, I just have to be on the mountain taking in the vibes, especially come spring. Last time I got knee surgery I missed all of the spring and couldn't even ski down a groomer to hang out, I'm not doing that again. Also being forced to miss the entirety of next season is probably a good thing for both my body and my life.

What do yall think about this?
 
Straight skis are going to make a comeback. Wouldn’t be surprised if they reemerged as a twin-tip platform under the name plate of some trendy new ski brand and took the park scene by storm.
 
Bro a competition was just announced when im gonna be in the park, I'm already depressed and have skied 1 day of park this year, not looking like im gonna progress at all with prob skiing 5 days of park by the end of the season. Unlucky asf in my first year :(
 
Thinking about dub 10s has me feeling the same way as the dub rodeo 9 i laced. Dub 10 has fully manifested that I must try it before next week ends

anyone have any ideas to fix this? really dissapointed as its like my 8th day on them and someone decided to stop on my tail while i was waiting in line for the chair.

is this a g flex situation? I just did a core shot repair and it is holding up well but this seems pretty fucked.
