Official The Walking Dead Season 4 Thread

Agreed. I just watched both of them yesterday. What the hell is up with Carol though? She went from caring and gentle to being a cold bitch. Trying to get that girl to slice her dad's neck and then yelling at her and calling her weak...what the fuck, Carol?

...and Carl is still a punk bitch.

I think it is a smart tactic on Carols part. It would ready the girl up for another emotional event (such as a close friend trying to kill her as a zombie) so that she would know the right course of action to take (Kill that fucker).

But she couldn't do it! I don't think I would have gave here that knife at the end. But I'm stoked for tonight's episode. This episode someone is on a radio or something. New group of people?

oh, and i think that massive herd is going to spell the end of the prison. they'll overrun that place, so I'm guessing the group ends up clearing out before that herd gets there. what do you guys think?

^I sure hope so. I'm a little tired of the prison, I miss the constant danger that came with living on the road and looking for places to stay. Just thinking back to when they were on the farm, each episode was exciting and nerve racking, not the same vibe I'm getting from this season so far

Good theory, I don't know how I feel about Tyrese after that episode. Well I love his character but what was up with him just idling pissed in the car almost killing himself?

Did I see a giant wall on the horizon above that heard of zombies? Almost like it was a big walled in city or something? Idk maybe I was seeing things. Could it be where the voice on the radio was coming from?

I can't figure out if the black guy who got trapped under the selves last episode is going to turn out to be bad or good.

Emily Kinney who plays Beth is 28, I would have never realised until my mate told me.

Also I really hope the leave the prison soon and Georgia and find civilisation there must be an army base or something still held up. Also I want to know what's happened to the rest of the world. Are they all infected or staying out of it

Theyre never going to leave Georgia. They get HUGE tax breaks for filming in the state. Pretty sure they save tons of money for shooting in Georgia. But I do hope they leave the prison soon.

The whole prison thing is starting to old. Hopefully they have Daryl and Michonne on their own for a few episodes for a change of scenery.

They defiantly need to leave the prison for at least a few episodes.

They need a couple of new main character introduced, a lot of new people joined them at the end of season 3 but we haven't had a new major character introduced that changes the group dynamic and steped up for a leadership role in a while.

He does the same thing in teh comic books. I can't really remember how it happens but he gets swarmed by zombies, is left for dead by the small group he is with and then goes beast mode and just rampages through countless zombies and somehow comes back alive. So that wasn't something the writes just decided to do with his character I think it was more of a nod to the comic books

I agree with everyone saying that horde will overrun the prison, hopefully sooner rather than at the end of the season,,but we really don't know how far daryl and his group made it before running into the horde so it could take them a while if they made it 20 or so miles...

Hope not, previews for this week look like there might be a lot of action for a change. Hyped!

I can tell at some point carol is going to be turned and the girl will have to stab her. Or vice versa.

I was wondering the same thing.

I've given up on this show being action packed and I appreciated this episode a lot more once I did.

And my theory is carol meets up with the pale guy who has Ricks watch. They find a group and return to the prison, there's a long boring standoff and half the group leaves.

Naa she will disappear for a few episodes. I think Rick goes back and tells the group, and like you said, half will be pissed. But Hershel will understand. The lost crew comes back and Tyrese finds out. He leaves and goes after her. I have a feeling the governor is going to come back either this next episode or the one after that. It looked like the sick were all doing something strange like possibly revolting from the inside or had mostly all turned. No clue.

uh. what? the farm episodes were so boring man, it was all just drama due to lauries pregnancy and shane/rick butting horns, and them NOT finding sophia episode after episode. that was like, the worst part of the series by far, for me.

and the new hardcore carol I think is happening to show how shes changed since she lost sophia. she sorta "adopted" the kids at the prison and wanted to protect them better than she did with sophia, so she went balls to the wall and basically is now just crazy. Definitely not the last we see of her though. maybe she will meet up with morgan? haha jk, thatd be stupid

interested to see if glenn dies. hopefully he wont cuz he's always been pretty cool, and if he dies, maggie is gonne be the new crying bitch and her character will be ruined. they need eachother around in order to not be shitty on their own, ya know?

I'm thinking they will at least show where he's at / what he's doing in the next few episodes.

the black chick with the phat ass better kill the governor. also, how can he just stand outside the prison no big deal without being eaten, but whenever someone from inside ventures outside they get gang raped

Im thinking the governor will lure that heard to the prison, he only has those two other guys. Thatd reintroduce the governor and get everyone out of the prison

On the inconstancy subject... How does the governor just slowing walk through walkers, step left, and down goes the walker. I don't understand.

I get that, but I just thought that was poorly done. It was WAY too easy for him to sidestep that walker and just move on.

Show is meh at this point for me.

I still watch it though as it does have its entertainment value for boring Sunday evenings.
