i know i know hahaha,
but really, i somewhere along the way lost the desire to really "train" for it. i now just hit them mountainz and i dont even care if it takes me 5 or 10 minutes more.
maybe i will go for it once again, but idk, i just started to play football (maybe not something special for americans, but def over here) and the training goals of that and XC kinda contradict each other.
