dude you have a ton of options. Look at the canon lenses first, but they are expensive but good. Tamron makes some real nice EOS lenses and sigma makes some good ones too. Just shop around for them

I just got my elan 7e two days ago and its great. But don't get the kit that they offer, I bought a tamron wideangle 28-80 lens for $60 and a Kodak telephoto 80-210mm lens for $70 at B&H. Order from there, they're the cheapest. But its a great camera and I'm just waiting for the battery...
