I just got the spk kaos, their pretty comfortable but not so comfortable that they'd be shitty boots in the performance area. i've been wearing them around my house lol and its like wearing shoes their so light, compared to my old foil boots. their pretty sweet.

yea, if your bindings are on the ski, go a bit past them on either end. for holding an edge its important for the edges to be sharp that the widest points (tip and tail, not sure of the technical term for this right now). underfoot doesnt matter too much for holding an edge, it still matters...
