Kaos VS Foil

I know that kaos is a good park boot and all, and that their have been alot of threads about them but I want to know if their is a big difference between this years kaos and the 2006 foils( green and grey). I have the 2006 foils boots and I wanted to know if it is worth changing them for the kaos. Please help .
 
the spk is wider through the toe area, has a shock absorber behind your calf, around your toes and in the heel. spk is lighter, 2 buckles rather than four and has a lace up liner. Best way to find out is to go try some on. SPK is a better park boot expecially if you get alot of shin bang. Check out salomonfreeski.com there is a video explaining the spk.

I just got the spk kaos, their pretty comfortable but not so comfortable that they'd be shitty boots in the performance area. i've been wearing them around my house lol and its like wearing shoes their so light, compared to my old foil boots. their pretty sweet.
 
i went from the red white blue foil to the kreation(i kno its a little bit different.) but i loved them. people say they ski shitty outa the park i didnt notice anything wrong outa park. they were the best boots ive skied ever in my life. but im gettin dalbello kryptons
 
Thanks to all. Would you say it is worth changing my boots for the kaos or should I keep my Foils until they get too used ??
 
it depends.Have you skied more than 50 days in them? How worn is the toe and heel (sole area)? do they feel sloppy? do you have alot more movement in your boot than you used to? Do you get pressure points? Do you get alot of shin bang?

And lastly do you have the money to spend on new boots?
 
Ya I have skied more than 50 days in them. They are a bit torn but they are less confortable than when I got them so I just dont know if I should change them. But ya I have the money because my dad is willing to pay for 3/4 of them....
 
Don't know too much about the foils but i love the spk boot. If you are willing to pay for some new boots i would definitely recommend the spk kaos.
