i need to try something new. i used to watch ski movies to go to sleep but that doesnt work anymore and now im staying up on ns till like 4 in the morning cuz i cant sleep at night. i need some ideas
Have a few beers just enough to get you buzzed. When I'm alone I do this and I will pass out in a few mins if I laydown and try to sleep. If your can't drink then I suggest smoke a bowl or two.
i've watched grease for the past 35 days everynight. i'm surprised i still like it. but i fall asleep to it.
stay up 24 hours and then hopefully you'll be to exhausted that you'll fall asleep at like 9 pm and then wake up at about 8 am regardless of how tired. it's worked for me before?
I had developed a sleep anxiety problem during the summer for some unknown reason. Basically I couldn't get to sleep until 1 or so in the morning because my stomache and mind were racing from some sort of traumatic or stressfull event. Anyways the docter said I should try using Gravol and that sure helped a lot.
The problem is that if you use it for more than a week you get dependant on it so you need to wind yourself off it once you get comfortable enough to do so. Basically for a couple nights take 3/4 of a pill, then the next use 1/2 etc. until you can try going without it.
Try it though because there are no side effects to it whatsoever and even if you become semi-dependent on it like I described above it's not dangerous in any way, shape or form.
read, makes ur eyes tired cuz they move in all directions. Try tightening up all your muscles and clenching your fists and feet/toes and kinda of tightening your face...do this and this and hold for like 20 seconds..release and you are completley relaxed.
