What helps you go to sleep?

i need to try something new. i used to watch ski movies to go to sleep but that doesnt work anymore and now im staying up on ns till like 4 in the morning cuz i cant sleep at night. i need some ideas
 
Have a few beers just enough to get you buzzed. When I'm alone I do this and I will pass out in a few mins if I laydown and try to sleep. If your can't drink then I suggest smoke a bowl or two.
 
i put a dip in for a while to get relaxed, then listen to music/read/crochet, then hit the lights, listen to a little more music and pass out
 
i can fall asleep any time any where, regardless of the situation. The ironic part is the most I will ever sleep is 7 hours (thats sleeping in)
 
ok well is there anything anyone does that doesnt involve smoking, drinking or jackin off? its kinda hard to do them when you live with your parents.
 
i've watched grease for the past 35 days everynight. i'm surprised i still like it. but i fall asleep to it.

stay up 24 hours and then hopefully you'll be to exhausted that you'll fall asleep at like 9 pm and then wake up at about 8 am regardless of how tired. it's worked for me before?
 
I usually can't sleep either, but I had sex and then I just passed out and didn't wake up till the alarm clock went off
 
pop some pills lol serisly um try a fan also when im to hot i cant sleep combine thaT WIT PILLS AND UR SET
 
i do that for 2 hours and it doesnt work...

everyone, i would smoke a bowl before i go to sleep but that shit would get a little pricey and how am i supposed to do that with my parents home?

maybe ill start counting sheep
 
yea, weed (splif workd best for this), vicodine and cig, cig, or fuck it, you dont need to go to sleep, just stay up.
 
***This works well***

I had developed a sleep anxiety problem during the summer for some unknown reason. Basically I couldn't get to sleep until 1 or so in the morning because my stomache and mind were racing from some sort of traumatic or stressfull event. Anyways the docter said I should try using Gravol and that sure helped a lot.

The problem is that if you use it for more than a week you get dependant on it so you need to wind yourself off it once you get comfortable enough to do so. Basically for a couple nights take 3/4 of a pill, then the next use 1/2 etc. until you can try going without it.

Try it though because there are no side effects to it whatsoever and even if you become semi-dependent on it like I described above it's not dangerous in any way, shape or form.
 
read, makes ur eyes tired cuz they move in all directions. Try tightening up all your muscles and clenching your fists and feet/toes and kinda of tightening your face...do this and this and hold for like 20 seconds..release and you are completley relaxed.
 
that sounds kinda like bi-polar disease

im not saying you have it thats just fresh in my mind we talked about it today in class

i just lie there, but it usually takes me between 1 to 1.5 hours to fall asleep. maybe i should try some of this shit too

haha yea. The garden state soundtrack is pretty much a sure fire way to fall asleep. it really works wonders
