Bouta scrap my old cross country teammate in a race tomorrow wearing his schools merch. They kicked me from the team as their best runner so I had to move away from Xavier to run

I could possibly get my first win on varsity too

just curious what times youre running, 3.1 miles right? I could never break 18 mins so i never even qualified for the varsity races

I ran 17 flat as a sophomore but hoping to break 16:30 just cuz Ive been injured from a mtb incident

Being a groomsman in my buddy’s wedding this weekend. Great to hang out with old friends. Something hits different with friends you’ve known for a long time
 
Shipping up to Boston tonight to spend the weekend with my friend and his gf at their new place and I’m pumped to see it, just gotta get through the work day first which I’m not nearly as stoked for
 
Flying back to Michigan tomorrow for a bit. Can't wait to see the family and friends and the color green again.

looking for the cheapest 4x4 that will take 31” tires. Rn tahoes/suburbans are running it.

my dad had a yukon XL and the lifters stick around 130-150k miles and the engine shits the bed. great car otherwise, beast in the snow plus could fit anything inside

Damn that’s weird. Vortecs go for 300k sometimes. Worst I heard was the transmission sucks.

he had the small block 5.3l newer one. might be different from what ur looking at

That was only a thing for like a year or two, otherwise GM ls v8s are great engines to put a ton of miles on. It's their 4 speed transmissions you have to watch out for.

Getting hit up for several jobs when you already have a job you like. Not gonna lie, feels good.

I prolly posted 50 times about how shitty it was working for Vail Resorts, prolly more honestly. Got fucked over by other mtns too. Almost left the industry several times, every one emds up leaving. Cool to stick with it and have a good paying gig at a mtn that treats me well and also have some other offers.

It's a small industry. I guess if you stay in it long enough and do a decent job it works out but damn, some places suck to work.

My fam is coming out west for a spring break trip in late march and I'm beyond stoked. I get to ski with my niece and nephew and I'm blown away.
 
Got the official offer for my new job after meeting some people on the team today. I’m moving up to Bangor for a few months to work on the Penobscot River and I’m over the moon. Super thankful that I got this opportunity right out of college
 
My dad, who is nearly 60, Finally got on the smartphone grind and sends me pics of my cats from back home all the time. Legend.
