Got my second of two check out rides for paddle guiding tomorrow. About to be past just oar boating and kayak guiding.

It's 25 out today and it's so damn nice... Definitely enjoying it while it lasts because once July and August get here the heat is going to be insufferable
 
Less than a month and I start my new career with the Fire Department, been awesome being a diver for the last 7 years, but stoked to start this new chapter in life.

Just started laser hair removal. Shits expensive but I hate waxing so ??‍♀️ cheers to being hairless in approximately 1 year ?
 
Shaved 2:20 off my 5k time from last Saturday to today. Granted, I’m slow as fuck (3.7mph is where my walk turns into a jog?) so that’s not the hardest thing to do. I did it in almost exactly 39min. I only started running again 2 weeks ago and I am by no means a runner so I’ll take it. My goal is to get into the 32-34 range by September. So we’ll see how that plays out haha
 
getting back into utlimate frisbee again and feeling like I can actually run for a game now. Still got smoked my a club player but I had fun doing it

Just ulna, but during the recession procedure they started to break it even more, so it’s sitting in a splint, broken ulna and half recessed wrist until I see a surgeon Monday

Good god. That’s a very big owwie. I can’t believe they tried to reduce that. I’ve done a couple surgeries that started off looking like this and it’s brutal enough when the person is asleep ?

I was wrong it is my radius, surgery Thursday but surgeon can’t tell if he’ll need screws and plates or just pins until he gets inside

Doing my first real "whips" on a bike. Feels very cool, but I'm gonna fuck myself one of these times pushing it too far lol.

Also starting to get the bmx dirt jumps on lock, although it is difficult on a big ol burly bike
