Bipolar is usually 2 week+ extreme depressive episodes throughout the year, and more rarely week+ long manic episodes with very little sleep and hyperfocus/euphoria. I doubt the FAA would care about mild anxiety with depression, but yeah still worth talking someone about
Hey, not all kinds of bipolar include mania. Type 2 has hypomania rather than full blown, and rapid cycle can be a thing too. J, sounds like depression for sure, is there a way you can talk to a dr or someone without it getting to the FAA?
