For like 15 seconds afterward I felt really lightheaded and dizzy and everything was super bright. Once I got back up I went to the side of the run and laid down for a few minutes until I felt ready enough to ski down to the base. I can still remember everything that happened that day and I felt normal for the rest of the day, I also asked this ski coach to check out my pupils real quick and he said everything looked normal. Do you guys still think I should see a doctor?
100% see a doctor but i can tell you right now that you do have a concussion even if it isn’t diagnosable. it takes way less force than most think to become concussed. i’d rest at least a week to be safe if it’s not diagnosable. even the impact from a nice easy landing could make it worse which is what you want to avoid with your rest. no jolts or harsh stopping of momentum in your head in anyway.
