14 degrees, real feel 0, that isn't really that cold but considering the rest of the winter we've had its really cold. feel like vermonters ski in those Temps every other weekend.

yea I'm in PA, the month of January dipped below freezing like 4 times so 14 is feeling chilly, especially with wind.

-23 I wouldn't even consider going skiing. I don't mind skiing trails and shit when it's cold but when it gets below 25 i hate park unless it's really sunny and at least feels kinda warm. Fuck goggles and jackets.
 
Cleared a long challenge rail tonight and locked a couple 2 ons to tubes, feels pretty good to have some rail confidence again after a knee surgery last year

I dmed my local mountain about how I was angry they were taking out features despite getting more snow, ended up getting into a full blown argument but at least they're opening the full park (allegedly) next week. They started dming me in all caps and misspelling a ton of shit it was wild

Went skiing after work and forgot my ski socks. Also, intentionally worked on park stuff for the first time in years. Park skiing is HARD.

I went to mountain creek today and met the most moronic assholes ever. Grown adults threw a half full bottle of soda at a 3 year old on a leash under the chair. Dad was RAGING at the bottom interrogating every person in the lift line. The same guy who threw that bottle also shoulder checked me and my friend riding out of his control. Vernon south is the cesspool of skiing.

I have been struggling to lock onto rails recently, I make it to the end but i never feel in control. Idk what it is and it really bothers me, but maybe it will fix itself with time.

Is anyone else kinda tired of seeing disasters rn?? Used to be my fave but now I kinda roll my eyes. Maybe it’s just me but it’s like the only fuckin trick I hear/see lately.

Creek has been like this for so long. I haven't gone there in quite some time. I usually go to Blue in PA now because Creeks run by a bunch of high teenagers and you get idiots like that too frequently. Going from peak to peak is annoying, that dumbass gondola is annoying, and the lift lines are insanely long for how quick it takes you to get down the mountain.

Also just go faster, going slow on rails is an easy way to fall off.

Having my best season yet, improved a lot and already hit what I planned for goals this year. I just love skiing
