Last work "day" done. Last five days were stupid, I hand only 15-30mins of things to do per day and then go home. At least the real days were chill.

Now I have money for skis and gas. I'm not going to work a single minute before next summer.
 
Working from home today. It might be top 5 days of the year here in CT. Bright and sunny. 85 and maybe 5% humidity.

Life is good folks. Now let me kick my ass for this lunch enduro ride.

I'm a CT native. Worked and lived in NYC for a while. Currently residing in CT tristate area. Up in VT about 20 times a year to ride, ski and snowmobile. So I'm a VT Shredder and a CT bettor.

I do have an Aldi but I buy all my meat from Good Ranchers and Wild Alaska. Wild alaska company is wildcaught and sustainable fish. And Good Ranchers is USA raised beef and chicken.

I guess 80% of beef in the USA is coming from outside the USA? I don't how true that is, but my uncle has cows in Franktown CO on his ranch that he raises. His cows live better than most people in NYC lol. I like to support the good old USA.

Thanks for the Aldi Tip though - if i run out I'll stop over there. I've been going through about 4-5 6oz salmon and halibut filets a week and I don't see that stopping anytime soon.

This is the salmon I was referring to. Being pre seasoned makes it a great easy make. They also have non coated salmon as well and the prices are really good overall.

Ya im with you on that. If im getting fish from Publix it’s only wild caught. I never buy farm raised from there. The Aldi Mediterranean one is the only farm raised one I’ll usually buy just for ease of convenience for being pre seasoned and since they vacuum seal it the flavors really get pulled into the meat flesh of the salmon. Saves time from

Yea definitely. Even farmed fish is better than no fish. I've bought some marinated fish from my local store and it's fire.

It's crazy because this wild caught salmon legit has ZERO fishy taste. I'm used to at least some fishy tasting skin or dark meat. This stuff is unreal.

Now i only hope i don't die from mercury poisoning.

Lol. The teams are fucking stuffed on those little river boats. It’s pretty funny honestly. Give the us an extra boat or 2 so we don’t look like ferries leaving NYC at rush hour
 
Spent 8 hours pulling weeds and listening to my coworkers talk about revelations, the bible coming to real life this year, flat earth, and conspiracies. My stoner-ass kind of enjoys hearing some of these ideas.

Aspen/Snowmass Patrol usually runs that show if you're curious. Not sure if they do volly programs but that's a legit career patroller outfit, but they might need event staff.
 
Anyone wanna trade my beat to shit 176 Jeffrey 96s for a longer pair of beat skis? I had two mounts on these, it’s missing some edge and the sidewall is blown out but I got some gflex coming in the mail so I’ll fix. Still some life left in them, just too short for me. Would be a good street ski

For like 75 bucks I'll send you a very clean pair of Oblivion 94s, different kind of ski for sure but I got no use for them

not quite ski patrol/medical staff, but I have a PT friend who tells me that getting to do PT for team usa is kind of like a lottery system

Medical Clinics for Patrol also staff Nurses too. I've worked with a bunch over the last two years and they love the job
 
Found out today you can get banned from Hulu.

Tried to reactivate my account so I could watch some shows- wouldn’t work. Hit up customer service and they sent me a page from the terms of service that talks about being banned…

Apparently the years of password sharing and gaming the student discount caught up to me. I’m not allowed to own a Hulu account lmao.

luckily you can get Hulu, HBO, and Disney + for $17 a month. Made a new account on Disney, signed up, and now I can watch Hulu again! I’m just not allowed to own a Hulu account specifically- but at least I can watch it’s always sunny again.
