We just heard from PC Fosse that he landed a Dub Misty off rail during a shoot with Chaoz Prod last week in Norway !

Was the first 3 you landed even stylie? I highly doubt it, if you can do a 3 that is. Back to the point of getting the fuck off this website. Someone just landed an incredibly hard trick for the first time and you talk shit about it? Leave. Either show a little stoke for him or keep your trap shut. First off, only like 5 people in the world can do double misty's off jumps. So off a rail is just nuts, misty off is way harder than gus's because it is against how the rail throws you. Second, the first rotation of a double is what determines the name. Double cork 10's are usually cork 7 to flat or rodeo 3. Double misty the first rotation is misty 5 (in this case misty 450) and the second is either backflip or backflip 180. I agree it wasn't the smoothest trick, but it was the first ever and on not that big of gap. So either go do one better, or don't talk about shit you can't even comprehend attempting.

If the first rotation of a double is the name, then a dub 7 would be a cork 7 to a cork 7. That would mean it's actually a dub 14.

It wasn't the first ever. Refer to second statement.

sorry man but he's pretty much right, the only ones I can name are Bene Mayr, David Wise, Pete Olenick, LJ and I think Joss Christensen? Also what he meant by the first rotation of a double determining the name is that whatever axis the first rotation is+the total amount of spin, he even had a good example, dub cork 10 is usually a cork 7 to flat 3. And it was the first ever dub misty 810 off.
 
1. Flat gets mistakened for cork all the time but that doesn't make it a fucking cork, as proven time and time again with all that dub 7 bullshit. A lot of people say fuck it because they're starting the second cork not perfectly upright every time.

2. A true double cork is TWO CORKED ROTATIONS
 
So if a double cork means TWO corked rotations then why is a double misty off of a sudden a misty with a backflip? Even if you tried using that god awful example of "well sometimes double corks have a flat spin 360 in it", you're still a fucking idiot because THERE'S NO SUCH THING AS A MISTY 360... Delorme hasn't done it yet.
