Moose and Balls, learn to take a joke. The music was weird, you can't deny that. The HATerZ, or one guy saying the song was weird, aren't hating on your riding. Your other edit was funky too, not everyone is gonna love them. You guys act like someone told you you can't ski for shit.

1) Holiday has a vibe just one that doesn't involve having to constantly try and prove that it's better. Like seriously what did Aballs responding to "constructive criticizam" have to do with HV vs Peek? Peek has better parks yet Holiday has the vibe!! The skiers there actually get it so don't come at HV if you don't even ride there you kook. We're welcoming and have nothing to prove. Whenever I'm at Peek I feel quite unwanted, or like everyone's trying to 1up me. Plus we would rather have that peek huck and chuck mentality out of our parks anyways. @SonofAnder holiday has a vibe, you don't ride there so you probably shouldn't comment, I think I'll be at peak on Sunday so I can properly assess the killer park vibe you guys have. I won't be backflipping every other jump so I probably won't fit in and will be easily recognizable, say wassup.

I honestly don't think you've ever seen me ski in your life. But you're wrong I backflip every single jump I hit, rail lips included. Every. Single. One. And as for not riding valley, I rode there four years. One of which was my first year on skis. It woulda been awesome to get some advice that first season from other park riders and rangers, but I got absolutely nothing out of it except a few nods. Don't comment on my skiing mentality, or anybody else's riding mentality, if you don't know who we are or how we actually ride. I'm over this, see you tomorrow bro.

Holiday valley has a strong ski scene. Peek n peak is ran by snowboarders. But theyre all my good homies so its not that big of a deal..although I would love peek n peak to have something like what HV has.

Van Boiz looks like such an awesome group. I would have killed to have something like that at peek n peak when i was in high school. I wouldnt say its the vibe of holiday, because i dont really feel anything while im there, i think they just have a bigger freeski scene.

But instead of hating on each other we should all just get a long and embrace WNY's park skiing as one. /ghandipost

Honestly van boiz is the only thing come out of this area that i enjoy watching since the old ECOD edits. Keep doing what you guys are doing because im loving every bit of it.

What's with all the hate on HV? Of course there are a lot of rich stuck up people at HV but there are at any resort you'll ever go to. Just be glad youre not stuck at kissing bridge. HV is one of the best resorts for hundreds of miles and every time I go I love it more and more. Stop hating on HV and stick to peak n peak.

All the skiers today, even son of ander (who is nicks little brother) was cool to me. The only person who was a fucking dick and didn't even accept the apology when I approached him was Nick. I didn't expect much from him though.

So there it is, peek kids are cool aside from Nick Anderson. Oh and peeks park was pretty good, jumps weren't great but they didn't have much room to work with so they weren't bad.

Don't even call me out like that. Everyone was sending massive trains later and we wanted to add in Austin (Aballs name?) to the train but could never catch him.

Just so you guys know, sure we weren't all that hyped to see you at first Austin. But 2 runs after he chilled out Nick came up with the idea to get you in on the trains we were sending with the rest of the ski crew. The lift timing was terrible and you had your music in so we could never get your attention. But anyways Chubz, it was a fun ass day, and everyone represented Peak in the best way possible. If anyone was riding yesterday and didn't realize what Peak is about after they day was over, they're blind. I've by far met some of the best people there. If you still choose to hate, that's your choice, but if you actually meet and talk to the people there you'll realize how chill and fun it really is. Have a good offseason everyone, hopefully I'll see ya'll at Peak once next winter rolls around.

Kb fired all but two guys from park crew this season(drug tests...lol). I'm not one to talk shit but uh...their riding/filming/photography skills are not so good. They have 2 skiers I think. I've only ever seen one of them 50-50 a box like 3 feet wide. So there's that...

2. Having the park over there delayed opening park. They would need to make snow not only on that run but also on the shuttle getting over there and the trail back. So by moving it to twister they would be able to open it faster.

3. They would have had to run world all the time. And I'm pretty sure we only ran it about 20-30ish days, mostly weekends. At the beginning of the season they didn't have enough lifties to run all the lifts. (Drug tests scared people from coming back)

4. They wanted to get all the parks and freestyle things closer together. The mini park, twister, and the airbag were all there to unify the parks. Having twister, the mini park on coal, and main park wasn't cutting it for them I suppose.

I don't really like what they did from a riders point of view. They had a good idea, but it just didn't work out.

I see park crew around all the time though. When I work a day shift(about 6-8 hours) they'll head up about 3-5 times to rake and stuff. They do more maintenance than they have in the past, that is for sure. I didn't really like the set up too much this year though. There was sooooo much space that they could have utilized(area next to the first jump). They could have gotten a few more features in over there for sure.

Moving the park to morning star would be one of the sickest ideas they've ever had. A whole section plus lift of the mountain dedicated to the park would be a complete gamechanger. But could you imagine what the lift lines would be like? On a Friday night fiddlers created so much traffic that was never there before. But morning star would make a sick park. there is so much room over there.

Fuck kb) I was like jibing the deck outside of the smoke house and some dude came running after me and some lifty chick yelled "don't pull his pass he just got it back" and he didn't pull it he just yelled at me. That lifty knew what was good in the hood. That was the condensed version of the story lol

It's actually the office people, ski ops, and other supervisors who have the authority to pull a pass. All lifties, ski patrol, and kb watch can do is report it. Idk why they'd pull a pass. A bunch of reasons but I think you really need to fuck up to get in trouble like that.

That's really good to know. I've had ski patrol and watch threaten to take my pass more than once. (not saying I didn't deserve it though lol)

Yeah I'm from North Tonawanda, like 15 mins outside Buffalo. Peak is a tad bit father I thought, maybe I'm wrong. When does Peak plan to close?

Nope they don't care at all, we will prolly hike to fiddlers, drag some rails out and set them up there.

The parks shutdown this past Sunday which I don't understand at all. It would be ridable through April. Maybe a money thing idk. The park crew said they are keeping the upper rail section open to hike though.

They shut the parks down because of the snowcross event theyre holding apparently. Pretty stupid move imho.

Well with Morningstar as a park it's gonna be a less traffic hill anyways, so with the high speed lift it should be fine. Especially cause it sounds like Holiday is going to require a park pass for next season which will limit the traffic to anyone who takes a park etiquette test.

As of now they close April 5th, but I'd be willing to bet they extend that a week. Every year they say we're gonna close this day and then end up extending it a week haha. Luckily foxfire should stay open til the 5th at least, so we will have a park to lap. HV has a crap ton of snow still so there's gonna be plenty of post season hiking to do.

Peek needs a park pass. Beginners are fine but soooo many people at peek stand in the landings and gape over rail lips. Ik Chubz can attest to it

Fiddlers elbow this year was the worst it's ever been at holiday, a park pass would work. Personally I'd like it so that you have to hit the first feature to get into the park, it would probably be a large gap to rail with a lava pit at the bottom of the gap, that should help with the problem.

Fiddlers was horrible this year. Especially on Fridays Dice there were like 60 different ski clubs there. How do the park passes work? Do you have to watch a safety video or something, and sign a waver? Does it cost extra?

A park pass won't cost any extra but it would be required to get into the parks. You'd have to watch a short video on park rules, safety and etiquette. Then you'd have to take a test on that.
