And yeah dude, I remember that kid (presumably timm phillips) doing that 270-step-on type shit like it was yesterday, damn! People were throwing the fuck down in that contest.

Only thing that would've made the vid better was if I saw myself in there somewhere (haha I probably wasn't throwing anything worthy of an edit down).

I haven't heard of snow park Niagara before as I'm from Ontario, but that looks sick. Is it still running?

Nope, I wish. My brother used to go there all the time but I never went with him. Now I wish I would have. That place looked dope.

I can tell you exactly where it was, Twinjibber77 and I went to school (Niagara University) very close to it. It was on First Street, across from the Days Inn. Very close to the Rainbow Bridge. I think the actual Snowpark structure is still there, but I could be wrong. Exact address is here:

So when I stumbled across Snowpark online, I was actually in disbelief. Like I actually did not believe that the place was so close to school. I thought I was reading something wrong.

Am I about to fuck myself and arrive to find a tiny shitty park? I've been to HV many times but never in this questionable of weather

Well saturday was the shittiest day I've skied in a while, it rained but it was freezing rain. Not much damage was done though and I'm sure there will be even more snow there the next time you come. Theyre going to blow a ridiculous amount of snow this week considering it will be below 10 on though to friday.

-I've been skiing on a partially torn meniscus all season. Get a small brace, a foam roller, aleve, and ice the shit out of it when you aren't riding.

Fiddlers is pretty sick this year.

Skied today and I think they're making a set-up on Mardi Gras too. They're blowing snow like crazy its gonna make for a great weekend.

The jumps, bigger features, will be on foxfire. It will mainly be a snow feature run. The rails will pretty much stay over at fiddlers and they're going to add more to it soon.
 
So I just got fucked real hard by the I-90 w and the 219 being closed tonight... I drove 45 mins to the border and another 15 to find out that I couldnt go skiing. Hopefully it will be open and i can shred tomorrow...

That's pretty shitty dude. We're supposed to be getting snow in Buffalo until 4pm tomorrow I think.

But I feel ya. The other day I got halfway home from peek n peak and couldn't drive any further on the 90. We ended up staying over night at the Angola rest stop until the snow eased up a bit.

Have any of you guys skied peak n peek lately? I'm looking to get up there in the near future but I was wondering how the parks are.
 
The new set up on fiddler's is even better than before. I'm excited for them to complete foxfire, the jumps last weekend were very smooth. I'll see you all this weekend.

Peek has all of it's parks and full-time airbag open and also added a skier/boarder x downhill race course. I've been skiing peek and HV for years and I honestly think this is the best park WNY has seen maybe ever. Super flowy.

Only negative is jumps. They are built super well but at most the bottom jump line is 5-10feet, then 15-20 feet, then a 30ish footer. Super fun and built well though.

Worth the drive out.

peek n peaks park looks so fun... i wish i lived closer, i would go there over kb or holiday valley any day.

Also, does anyone know if kb plans on putting more features up on twister? They still have so many features that they haven't used (dfd, long lift tower tube, flat down, etc) and there is a ton of room on the right side of the park still. for what its worth, the features that are set up are set up well and are pretty creative, and the jumps are the smoothest jumps I've seen at kb.

The skier without poles, he needs poles. Aside from that I liked it, peak always seems to kill it with their parks.

I've read about how Peek n Peak is pretty legit in this thread, but I wasn't expecting that. That park looks pretty damn dope!

As soon as I opened the vid, I was ready to comment on how it's too long. But it really wasn't that long, considering you had a lot of people to show. I probably would've capped it around 2 minutes though. Didn't need to see all the straight airs/straight rail slides/etc. Legit song, overall an enjoyable edit, good stuff. Love seeing that OG NS sticker at the end!

I like what they have changed the fiddlers park to, but the corrugated tube pair at the end is very strange, what is the point of it? I feel like im gonna catch my tails on the right one and die.

I've seen a really similar feature to it at snowflex except with a box in the middle of the tubes. Maybe that's what they were going for? The idea behind the feature at snowflex was to either hit one of the two, grind both, or 50-50 the middle and ollie out and grind one side. That could be what they were trying to do? Not sure.


My friend hits the feature a bit in this edit.
