Oh and for those who like flyers rough play and say that crosby is a fag and can't take a hit. In quebec we have something that's call semi-pro. It's full of guys that do hockey and UFC. There is fighting and cheap shot at every game, only rough play, no fag players who score goals. I think philadelphia should try getting a franchise

I'm not sure why he hates on the french so much though. Some of the best Canadian hockey players ever came out of that province so Don needs to take a look at that.

When I think about it, I think the reason why he has such anger for Quebecers is because he is so proud to be Canadian he cannot understand why some of you would ever want to seperate from the country...?

Including young guns for colorado Peter Stastny and Wojtek Wolski, yeah no cup, but atleast they don't dive and skate through a stick check without falling over, or charge at players for telling the ref what someone did. Sidney has pulled the same shit year in year out, I saw him do it at an Avalanche game this year, as well as a Flyers game. He'll never be a Lemieux, Gretzky or a Sakic because he lacks class. Yeah he's great out of the gates, but you'll never be respected by fellow teams for being a bitch in the NHL. Shit i didn't dive that much when i was a mini mite.

When I played midget AA's i knew players more mature and that showed more character than Crosby and Malkin, and those are 16 and 17 year olds.
 
the people that keep saying crosby isnt playing good obviously dont watch these hockey games. i go to all the games watch the shit first hand and i see everything crosby does. he is an amazing player and feeds the puck like no other ya maybe he doesnt score but he sets the plays up. without someone to set up plays well then you dont make plays.
 
everyone hates on the pens because they are the best and they have the best players in the world. ya i know it sucks that your teams suck and dont have god like players but come on man just show these guys some respect they own hockey like you own at fingering your ass and beating off.
 
You could be the "Best player in the world" but it's all about the cup. And Ovechkin kinda lost his chance for that. In my opinion Crosby and Malkin blow him out of the water. Crosby gets double covered and still is setting up plays. And Malkin, not only is he destroying in the playoffs, but when Sid fucked his ankle, Malkin really stepped up and led his team to the playoffs.

For God's sake guys, give them a break, they've been playing 2 years in the NHL and they've already accomplished more than 75% of the players in the league who've been playing for ten years.

TV stations have like 10 cameras a game just following Sidney all the time, it's just normal that you notice it more when the guy dives, and plus his name is SYDNEY CROSBY. No disrespect to the guy, but how often did you notice Manny Malhotra dive ? Probably never, first cause you don't give a shit about the guy, and second, you probably don't even know what team he plays in.

It's easy to hate on superstars guys, but just think that when you play close to 30 minutes a game, you'll have more chances to score, but also more chances of making mistakes.
 
i believe he played for colombus at one point? correct me if i'm wrong. Anyways several of the players i grew up playing with are either playing d-1/d111 hockey or still in juniors.
 
the columbus guy was just a name I threw in randomly, don't get all excited about that. I'm just saying that it's easier to bash on Crosby who's got media up his ass than any other random player in the league.
 
lol malkin is better than ovechkin if ovechkin was so great why did u bring he team deeper into the playoffs. thats what great players do. why do u try and talk about pittsburgh like you are from pittsburgh...

Look at who Malkin plays with...Crosby, Jordan Staal, Malone, Dupuis, Hossa, Roberts, Ruttu, and Sykora. How can you not be a good player with this many great players in your line up? Not to mention Fleury is a great goaltender which has probably carried the team equally as much as the offense

If you look at the capitals you got Ovechkin, Kozlov, maybe Nylander and you could say Federov, but he's older and not playing as well as he used to.

Ovechkin is 100 times better than Malkin and Crosby will ever be. He doesn't play like a whiny bitch or pussy, he makes big hits and he takes big hits. He doesn't fake injuries on a game by game basis or bitch and whine to the ref for getting poked by a stick. Plus the caps goaltending is nowhere near that of the Penguins.
