New Rules - Making NSG Better

Its bishop & company's website so they can do whatever they please, but i would rather see self governance through classic social dynamics. NSG is a place where shit shows happen, and everyone can be their inner 12 year old if they want.
If one of your threads gets derailed, either start a new one, or get a mod to delete the post(s) that derailed it. if it got derailed that easily, it probly wasnt a very good thread to begin with.
Im not a fan of fucking with freemarket anything. but i realize that my opinion is 1 of 200,000(i have no idea how many members there are now) haha.

Yah, sometimes I do get a chuckle when people get called out on their shit and that's not what this is about if I'm getting the new rules correctly. You can still be a dick if you want to. The only thing is make sure you have a valid point for being a dick. I had the same concern of not being able to call people out, but we are still allowed to do that just make sure you make a valid point of why you are shaming him/her in front of the community. This is only to be used as a last resort. Meaning, say you have reported Example A post to a mod and the mod say's they don't see anything wrong with the post. Then by all means feel free to call the member out, but make it clear as to why you are doing it and then let the community decide whether your point is valid or if you are just being an ass for no reason.
Perhaps I have gotten mixed up somewhere, but I believe this is the gist of it essentially. If I'm wrong feel free to correct what I may have misinterpreted.

Id also say that people who are turned off by the immaturity they see on ns are in all likelihood NOT interesting people and ns is better without them.
Freestyle skiing is by far (if executed correctly) the styliest extreme sport there is. All the recent craze in doing bigger better tricks (moto tricks, wingsuiting, kiteboarding, snowboarding etc...) is a result of these other sports wanting to be like freeskiing in terms of progression. In no other sport has the level of progression been as staggering as it has been in the last 15 years of freeskiing.
people of a high caliber recognize that skiing is the shit and dont give a fuck how immature people are on a website. And its those people ns wants.
Again the people offended or put off by what they see on ns are likely not interesting people, and they can fuck off to mentally retarded facebook science groups where they will be welcomed by polite people who believe that they have recieved messages from the future.
Whether something is immature or not is irrelevant so long as its funny and/or associated with epic pwnage.

Who are 'we' to tell them what nsg is when they are the ones most active on it. Yes, I realize I am kind of contradicting myself, but that's the problem.
I do think that nsg is better than other places. YouTube had been rediculous for attempts at conversation. Sure, there's conversation instead of op one liners, but all they do is argue back and forth. So much hate.
I say go for it and wonder why bother open it to discussion. If this is what 'you' want, why even ask us. People against are always going to be louder than those for. This might just be my opinion, but NSG won't be NSG if more rules are added and content removed. This is a forum where we go to have fun and blow off some steam, after a long day of school/work. We just want a place where we can joke around with others and be free from our daily lives.
