From there facebook page.

For this Holiday season we teamed up with Denver Colorado based Topo Designs to make a special edition version of their classic Klettersack silhouette. For the backpack we split the bag diagonally to subtly modify its lines and to give it a textural contrast. The warm colored outer shell plays off the light blue liner and zipper pull accents. It is made from a combination of of 2 slightly different shades of oxblood in 1000d Cordura and DWR treated 420d nylon, and has a coated pack cloth for an entirely lined inner compartment. The bag also features natural leather lash tabs and a red camo Jiberish patch to commemorate the collaboration. The Dopp Kit features the same fabric combination and color palate. The bags are made locally in Topo's LEED Certified factory in Colorado with spectacular views of the Rockies. We will be offering both bags in all 3 Jiberish boutiques and online at jiberish.com as part of our small Holiday range this November. More info on the other items in that collection will be available in the coming days.

I understand they're a small company, but why do they have such poor organization/planning/communication or whatever you want to call it about shipping every single year? If you say you're going to ship on a certain date, do it, or let us know why you aren't. I have no issues if you notify us about what's going on. Its when they don't ship and don't let anyone know anything that's annoying. 2 weeks later they say OK it'll be the end of the week and you'll get confirmation. Then nobody gets confirmation.

Stick to your word or communicate what is going on. It takes 5 seconds to post something on facebook like "sry for the delay! shipping will start in a couple weeks." couple weeks rolls around. 5 seconds, "shipping stuff out the door tomorrow!" how hard is that?

I'm in no hurry to get my stuff, it's just the way they operate when shipping time rolls around is unprofessional.

People still buy their products so they have no reason to change it. If everyone boycotted they might. Despite their new direction, I bet NS still makes up a huge chunk of their business.

I dissagree. I hate how half of their shirts and other pieces are just straight up writing and words now. Not a fan of the direction they are moving in.

Stepping up their designs is unnecessary, If nothing appeals to you, don't buy it. It's preference, some people hate their older designs, some people think they need to bring them back. They can't cater to everyone. The brand is maturing and becoming more appealing to the general street wear crowd, but they are still unique in their own way. Complaining about their shipping and order fulfillment methods is one thing, their designers are pure preference.

The thing that pissed me off most is that Drago is completely ignoring the issue... He isnt up in this thread at all. He could atleast give an explanation or something for why its taking so long.

Hey guys,

Good timing for me to hop on NS I guess, ha. I have not had a chance to go through all of the comments so I will give a general update and then try to pick my way through the thread and try to get some specific answers after that.

We have been shipping since late last week. Just because someone has not gotten a shipping confirmation does not mean that their order has not shipped yet. We just have not gone in and manually updated the tracking order info in the system, choosing rather to spend the time on shipping out orders as quickly as we can. The priority is to get these out the door first. We have gotten backed up on email responses so if you emailed us asking for an update, this is why you may still not have gotten an answer. We will get caught up there soon but please realize that shipping out orders is a priority and we will get to your individual questions shortly there afterwards.

When we receive our container(s) from our factory with our new collection it typically takes about 3-5 days to get all of the boxes unloaded and organized and ready to go. In August during Delivery 1 we had said mid-August for delivery and started shipping earlier than announced (around the 6th). When we set those dates we keep it vague because there are lots of factors that affect timing including customs, warehousing, staffing, etc. Delivery 1 went super smooth and we shipped early. For Delivery 2 we moved to a larger warehouse and between moving the existing products and all of Delivery 2 it took us 3-5 days longer than expected to get it all setup due to factors that were out of our control.

We are doing our best to get orders out as quickly as possible. Many orders have been shipped and we are continuing to ship them in waves. The team is working very hard to get everything out the door.

Now, I am going to hop in and address some other comments/questions on here for the next 15 minutes.

Thanks again for everyone's support. We take this very seriously.

Thx,

Pete

Anyone have any clue how the sizing thie year will compare to year's past? Looking at a 4XL hoodie. If it helps I am 5'11 and want a fit like the 2xl saga on me or the xl Armada Fievel hoodie.

on the pusher jackets, i want a streetwear fit, but not like super short, im 5'11 would a large be good or look too short? +k for legit answers from anyone who has large jiberish, thanks yo

I'm 5'11 190lbs and I wanted the same fit that you're looking for and I ordered a L. Once it comes in I'll let you know how it fits.

I mean it takes more then 2 days to ship something. But I still am with out shipping confirmation or my hoodie. They said they started shipping two weeks ago/early last week. Seeing as the majority of their consumers are from the newschoolers community and no one here has gotten their purchases yet, I think that was a big old fib.

welp , that time of the year where I need a new coat for school ,

Pusher or average joe with a hoodie underneath ?

sizes ? 5'9 140 pounds

M or large ?

I'm actually exactly the same except 145. I'm in the same situation, I feel like I'm gonna go with L hoodies and an M average Joe. Pusher could probably work in M though..

I'm same size as you and ive got a m hoodie from this year, it fits great for street wear, although im gonna get another hoodie in L for just a bit of a looser fit
