Not sure if youre on my side, or theirs. But regardless, they are running a business. If they say they are going to be shipping by mid october, they should meet that date. If they dont think they can meet it, Then say the end of october. Its better to be early then late. But then again, thats medium sized business for you.

On a more positive note, I just got an email saying they will be shipping late this week. So at this rate im assuming saturday.
