I don't get the point, you just design the graphics for him and get nothing for it? Getting "credit" for making it doesn't mean jack shit.
 
sadly its true. J skis has no artistic creativity of there own , maybe its time they hire someone from ns that keeps sending in these amazing graphics.
 
Graphics are ok but what would be cool would be to design a ski with jay. Make somthing unique rather then just a stock ski with a graphic on it.
 
It's really irritating the people keep shitting on J for doing this crowdsourcing thing.

At one time there was a massive call by the NS population to have a company reach out to us for graphic ideas. No one rose to the challenge. Now J is doing just that and people are just bringing the hate. It's ludicrous.

Not to mention, some imbeciles don't seem to understand that he's not building a new ski company. His site says in the goddamn tagline, "limited edition skis."

It doesn't say, "I'm going to make LINE again."
 
How do you guys make these graphics? I really want to make a ski graphic with fuck snowboarding on the bases
 
Download the template and then just use photoshop. I just screen shotted a whole bunch of photos and mashed them together
 
Dudes at the beginning of this thread dissing what I'm doing, I'll try to clarify:

I'm not using your graphics on my skis.

I'm not running a contest to have a ski made with your graphic

I'm simply empowering you & all the people like you that message me daily ideas for skis and graphics a single location & system to share your ideas with me & other skiers. If an idea or combination of ideas inspires us to create a graphic, then be stoked like I am to be involved in the creation of ski products beyond simply handing your credit card to the guy at the shop.

 
Can we actually get involved with the skis then. Personally graphics are not a top priority, I want an amazing ski and I don't really care how it looks. I'd love to be able to work with a brand to get just the ski I wanted rather then a stock ski with a different graphic. Now I understand much more goes into a whole new ski compared to changing a graphic but that is what I would love to see a small brand doing. Just an idea though I think what your doing so far is cool I'm just interested to see where you can take it.
 
I haven't submitted yet, I'm still trying to figure out if i like it lol, just used shapes and one cloud brush in PS703196.jpeg

 
I've been following what your doing for a while, as I say I'm interested in what your doing.

I had not seen the pow ski though I'll defiantly take a look.

Keep it up man.
 
these are dope but you should put the nice tit picture that's underfoot to somewhere around the tip so you could look at them a llllllll dayyyyyyy
 
Alright so still not real good at posting photos on ns'ers yet but shared my idea with stose and he came up with this. i think it would be really cool if the bases had glow in the dark type material only because of the obvious. im fairly certain this link will direct you to the pic. sorry i was unable to figure out exactly what was going wrong to be able to actually just post the photo outright.
