If you could live in any country...

besides good ole usa- definitely western Europe- probably Monaco or somewhere

Since I've only been to the US and Canada, I would say the US. Canada is real nice but I would have to spend some time there and really get to know it before I could really make a decision to live there. I would really like to spend some time in other countries at some point in life. My hit list includes Canada, New Zealand/Australia, Chile, Peru, and Thailand. I have family in Thailand so that would draw me there plus its awesome and my uncle wants to go to South America sometime and help build plus there is great skiing.

you know what everyone is going to say. most americans are going to say the u.s and about half of the canadians will say canada and the other half the u.s.

Canada, Northern Japan in the winter.

Chile, New Zealand in what is the summer months for the Northern Hemisphere.

new zealand or the usa or canada..i feel like it would be sick to live in switzerland or japan too..
no idea really. i'm pretty content in the us.

My dad worked near there on some LNG Tanker ships... said it was hot as fuck and he is also from Minnesota.

Wanaka NZ for southern hemisphere winter, West coast Canada (Whistler, BC) Northern hemisphere winter. Maybe somewhere warm in between for a month to get some kind of a tan...Cayman Islands would be an ideal setup, damn better start buying some lottery tickets

Bern, Switzerland. Tis my favorite city so far. That and they have bears in a pit and thats bad ass.

Sendai Japan. hot girls, dece local skiing. within an hour train ride is nagano. epic ski area. so what more can you ask for. TECHNOLOGY!!!

Well......

Sweden.........

Japan

France

Hong Kong (for a couple years)

But if I was picking permanent residence, I'm pretty sure I'd always find myself back in British Columbia.

Canada probably tops the list, followed by the U.S.
Given that I like a bit of Italian influence without being in Italy, I'd say Austria, maybe Switzerland.

US, Seattle more specifically, probably has to do with growing up there, but I haven't found a city that I would remotely consider over it besidec maybe Vancouver, B.C. You get all 4 seasons, Summer is in the 80's for the most part with a week or 2 in the upper 90's, rad fall colors, pounded with snow in the winters (Mtns), and nice springs. And I honestly don't mind the rain, doesn't seem like it really rains all that much though to me.

Seattle and Vancouver are practically mirror images. Im from Vancouver and when I visit Seattle, I feel pretty much at home.

CASCADIA FTW... Make it happen =P

Fucking love the Pacific Northwest if you are from the States or the Southwest of Canada. Such awesome weather and people, well for the most part.

The weather is awesome here... as long as some rain doesn't bother you, the summer is not too hot, the winter isn't super cold like the Icecoast, and spring skiing goes pretty late up at Whistler.

The people can be really varied. When I meet people from Montreal or somewhere in the states, they say that have very mixed encounters with Vancouverites. Apparently we come off as "snobby" and are sometimes reffered to as "Toronto West" haha which happens to really bother me, so I try to be as friendly as possible when seeing people who look lost on the street. Needless to say you meet some very interesting Characters.

I still remember this one time, when i was about 16-17, me and a couple friends were trying to get a boot at the liquor store, and we met 2 guys from Arizona. They were nice enough to buy us some booze, when they came back, they asked us if we knew where they could find a "Gentlemen's Club" for the night. I was surprised to say the least.

Germany or Sweden
Germany because we have had a bunch of people here, and they are so cool to hang out with.
Sweden has some hot chickas too

america is the last place i would ever live im happy here in canada but if i were to move id say australia or newzealand or switzerland

America is not that low anymore...It's getting worse too

Australia, NZ, Hong Kong and Macau have the most economic freedom in the world.

Estonia has a flat tax of 18% and is doing well despite being part of the communist soviet union about 20 years ago.

Monaco, if I could afford to live there I could afford vacation houses in every other country. Japan/BC/AK/Swiss Alps for the winters....
