FUCK THE SWITCH 10

i think all of you are fags, once you guys can do better switch ten's or whatever than any of these guys then you can talk,

its not the there fault they did switch 10's its the best possible trick they could do on that jump, and since the slopestyle got reduced to big air that was the only option, its cool to do switch 7's in a big air but they guys who did switch 10's are there to win and they know what they need to do to win.
 
Come on dont be so lame, there are many comps that are ruled so that originality and style sets standards, for example take Innsbruck Air and Style, there is round were you are not alloud to spin more than 540(and points are given by trick originality and style). I think that rule should nowdays be part of every major Big Air comp.

And i also think that judges should give more respect on originality. And what the fuck is up if judges think that swicht 1080 is difficult. Come on i dont care if you are Pollard or who to fuck but if in comp there are 16 skiers doing the same trick...is that really that difficult trick??? And were to fuck is originality???

im guessing that even if they had the slopestyle comp most of those guys stil would have done switch 10's off the last jump which is awful
 
i wanted to see them hit that huge flat down and pyramid thing, I wouldn't hve cared about a ten on the last hit
 
unnatural shouldn't count for shit in a big air contest. you should just do your burliest trick.

giving somebody extra points in a big air for spinning unnatural is like giving extra points for doing a mute grab, if they say that they have trouble doing mute grabs.
 
i wanted to see someone man up and do a zero, but no. i think switch 10's are cool, but not when everyone is doing them. i wanted to see a nice big 180 just to throw people off
 
No, he's actually right. Unnatural stuff belongs in slopestyle and the pipe. Big air is a one-hit, top trick competition.

Rex Thomas in the 2003 WSI big air somehow made it to the finals doing an "unnatural" cork 9 (not even fakie). The problem was that for Rex to do a cork spin, it was actually easier for him to spin his unnatural direction. What a rip!
 
I'm totally with you there.

Unnatty shouldn't count unless you spin both ways in one run. There's no way to tell if someone learned it the wrong way first... unnatural is for multiple-hit contests.

if seros start winning comps dont you think that every one will start doing them???? and then all you little bitch will start bitching about that and wanting people to spin more so shut up.

no man, its not the best trick... how do you define best trick... i can do them and i think there gay... I think a switch cork 7 rocket air is much more difficult than a switch 10 because you have to hold that fuckin grab
 
i would so much rather see a switch cork 7 with a mute to one side, then a switch to the other side in the air. see corey vanular in the 'future'
 
theres always the big stuff through'n down at comps. and the hole envirment of everything just get recked. people have to maybe comps more chillin, just do basic shit.. but style it as much as possible. i prefer to see an 180 and a 540 nothing bigger.,,cuz you dont have to do anything better. you can style a 5 is so many ways...with out doing a gay sw 10 and all of those other big moves.

I would be happy if i could do a switch 7, so for me I wouldn't mind seeing someone pull a switch 10 in real life, but watching it on videos over and over gets a bit boring.

It's funny how now how some skiers are able to make SW 10 a true style trick theses days. Sw 10 from 2006 = dub 10/12 of 2011. What will be the next annoying trick?
