Dear Americans

well i'm not even american and i love it, just think where we'd be without it, always wanted to go to america, would KILL to live there, the skiing would just be awesome.

right now, yes i will agree that america is a little bit fucky. but still, i travel a shit ton. like 2-3 weeks of the month im gone for work, usually in the US, but ive been all over north america. and spent a couple months worth of time in europe, and in japan. and i still gotta say, id rather live in the U.S. than anywhere else ive visited.

we need to just go back to where we were pre 60's/70's when we were the shit, now its kinda like we are just trying to be like the rest of the world.. it especially seems that way the more i travel.

you just have to know where to live. yes we have shitty ass areas that give the rest of the country a bad name. but we also have some of the best most amazing areas to live in the world. you just have to look/care where you live.

i like our healthcare for the most part, right now its kinda fucked now that we are trying to be like everyone else, its kinda a mess, ive got good friends in healthcare and listen to them a bit about it and is some bullshit going on now with this healthcare reform.

our population is not ignorant or fat. again, you are looking at the shitty areas, of course when you look at the shitty big cities and southern states, yes, there are a bit of fat/stupid people. but for the most part its not true.

and in terms of how much we have accomplished in the short amount of time we have been around, no other modern country can touch us. doesnt sound fat and ignorant to me.

and wow thats fantastic that it took thousands of years worth of scientists from all over the globe to get to the moon. we still did it, and nobody else has, thats what matters.

you realize the only reason anyone is where we are currently in modern science is because of hundreds and thousands of years of work and research? thats how it works, science progresses, new things are invented, and new things become possible. and SOME great people do something about it. in this case, we were the only ones to put those thousands of years of research to use in getting to the moon.

^regarding fatness.

Ya dude I'm really sad I live in a country where the guy at McDonalds still makes enough to pay for a nice play to live. Or where I have the right to choose healthcare for myself and not pay for someone else's. Or where I can cross desert, mountains, plains, swamp, or forest without ever crossing a border. Or where I can drive my car without worrying about a cop pulling me over and forcing me to bribe him to avoid an ass beating.

I love my country, and I've lived in and visited a ton of the world. That opportunity has made me love it more, and I'll be damned if some kids copy-and-pasted-from-some-other-ignorant-person's-blog opinion is going to sway that.

like i said, and like i said in another post. im not going to deny that we have fat and stupid people. every country does. but we do have a lot of shitty areas, where it seems like the entire population is fat and stupid, which makes the rest of the population look bad. there are so many parts of southern california made up of like 90% fat uneducated hispanics. and tons of areas in the south that are full of fat hillbillies that couldnt make it to highschool, and yes they do make up a pretty large part of the population. but its plain stupid to say that represents the US in general. thats like me saying that when stayed in a shitty area of saskatoon, i can say the rest of canada is full of fat shitty people.its hard to say "the us is this" or "the us is that" when we are so damn diverse. you just have to find a good area, which is not hard at all to do. ive almost been to every state, and there are very few where i cant think of good places to live. the shitty areas, while there are a lot its a big fucking country, are easy to miss.

as for education, whether the shitty inner city schools and redneck towns bring our education scores down or not.(i really could care less about education scores, IMO most of public education is a waste anyway) we still have accomplished far more than any other modern country. you can have your graphs and statistics if that makes you feel good. actions still speak louder than words....

This what you looking for. (grammar can suck it)

We made and designed the avro arrow, and you guys made us destroy it, 'cus it was too advanced compared to other planes at the time.

Canada and America are in the same boat, quit pissing.

Thats a no brainer. We are a peacekeeping nation for the most part and have a population of under 40 million. The american army is far more legit but its annoying to always see our army portrayed as guys running around in fighter jet costumes.

of all the things I could say about this post, I really don't care... what I would like to point out is your icon being of Red Mountain. don't really work in your favor, wouldn't you agree?

this thread is jokes.

You clearly have little to no knowledge of what really happened, and you stuggle with even the most basic skills of grammar.

For one thing Canadians did NOT burn down the White House the British did. The only reason that was possible was because it was only gaurded by a small amount of people, and due to the fact that there were other places worthy of more protection.

You are dumb kthnxbaieh?

he means that if america hadnt been discovered and masses of people from europe hadnt come here canada would never have been thought of

eh... I'd view it more as Canada being a parasite, and the US is the host. I have much love for Canada, though.

but... USA USA USA USA USA USA USA USA USA

I like how we are a British colony and, Canada the country was created till the late 1860's, but there was upper and lower Canada, the French and the English. English were still under British rule, and remained loyal to Brit, and cause also the UK would totally send there whole army by ship, all the way to Canada to fight a war that didnt last long only 2 years... So they are Brit Canadians, but still Canadian.

Oh yeah NS is all English class, but yet you still fail to spell guarded.

Please, don't try and bag on someone for 1 spelling error when you grammatically butchered that entire post.

Everyone already thinks you are a complete moron. Quit giving them fodder.

The US Air Force had already developed three aircraft with performance intended to be broadly similar to the Arrow, originally as part of their "1954 Interceptor" project—the McDonnell F-101B Voodoo, Convair F-102 Delta Dagger and Convair F-106 Delta Dart. Additionally two more advanced interceptors, the Republic XF-103 and North American XF-108, were under development, although both would ultimately be cancelled in the early design and mock-up phases.[76] The U.S. decision to cancel many of their own interceptors, along with a firm rejection of an offer to procure Arrows for their own use, added weight for the justification of cancelling the Arrow.

After realizing there was no money to be made most Canadian scientists involved in Avro moved to the U.S., became citizens, and died in the U.S. Plus it was the Canadian government who canceled the project because they ran out of funding from the U.S.

P.S. Canada didn't set any records, didn't make a single difference, and Jim Chamberlin died an American citizen in Houston.
