still waiting on princeton, though. if i get in, im going to princeton!

the thing is, i cant allow myself to get excited for princeton because then i'm just setting myself up for disappointment, you know?

i have to be equally as excited for both because in all likelihood i won't get in to an ivy league.

but you never know!

Got in to Utah State and University of Utah but still nothing yet from my #1, Boise State. I normally wouldn't be freaking out but I have one "D" which I am currently retaking that is making me super paranoid. I guess in the end I'll be stoked to transfer anywhere and leave my god awful community college but still crossing my fingers for Boise.

lol don't go to UOP. I toured it along time ago and live fairly close and it is wayyyy overpriced and in boring as hell Stockton. The only fun you will have at that school is if you join one of the various Stockton gangs.

I have a few family members on my moms side that Graduated from that school, And they do exactly that every year. I know that all five of his kids got into and graduated from Princeton.

What grades do you guys have, my bro had low to mid 90s aps good test scores, multiple state championships in sports, great voluntarily but still got rejected from a bunch of state schools? Not sure what you need now a days to get in to schools?

Accepted to Queen's, Dalhousie, University of Alberta, and McMaster... still waiting for UBC, McGill and University of Toronto. Anyone else planning/hoping on going to Queen's or McGill?

i applied to queens, calgary, waterloo, toronto, mcgill, ubc, madison and ann arbor. i've only got accepted to calgary so far.

umm isnt ubc cheap as shit??????? why would you need a scholarship or want to go there??? i am from bc but i go to university in the states and i would never even step foot near that shit hole. its underfunded, huge as, you have no connecttion with your proffs, basically nobody lives on campus, its basically a degree mill put it that way

Got into uvm and ucsb, both honors program, and into university of denver. I got rejected from cal poly through. Still waiting for everything else though

anyone going to school in CT? got into my top choice, quinnipiac university with a $20k a year scholarship, and my second choice, sacred heart university with $15k a year but still waiting on trinity college and I got into university of edinburgh as well

I live in fairfield so I know a few people going. It's a pretty decent college town, just boring when you have lived here your whole life.

haha I live in fairfield too. im not too worried about seeing people I know, as no one wants to go to school in ffld after living here. But they're both offering me so much money and they are really good schools so I don't mind. Plus QU is gorgeous

Queen's and McGill are my top two choices as well... accepted to Queen's, but still waiting on McGill... What program did you apply for?

I got accepted to Queen's Honours Science with a scholarship and just sent my marks to McGill a few days ago ( BioMed & Life Sciences)

goshh sh is almost 45k a year, no idea how people afford 30k a year to go to school-sorta blows my mind. Good luck though. Id do bad things to go back to college

Geneseo, in the 3/4 Optometry program with SUNY Optometry. Almost definitely committing there. Still waiting on Middlebury, but even if i get in i won't go.

didn't realize how popular university of denver was...

I applied and got into U of denver, UVM, and Westminster. Looks like it's between denver and westminster after the money they are offering. Anyone have any insight that would help me decide?

DO NOT GO TO MCGILL, IT IS FUCKING BULLSHIT.

IT IS UNDERFUNDED, OVER CROWDED, WAY TO DAMN BIG, CLASSES ARE 700+, IVE HEARD some classes are in 2 500 student lecture halls with one proff teaching over a live video stream. It is RANKED NUMERO UNO FOR HAVING THE LEAST ACCESSIBLE PROFESSORS BY PRINCETON REVIEW. NOBODY LIVES ON CAMPUS SO THERE IS BASICALLY NO CAMPUS LIFE AT ALL AFTER YOUR FIRST YEAR, since the classes are so fucking huge you basically only learn what will be on test and never realy get into depth in any course. ITS EXPENSIVE TO LIVE IN MONTREAL, GOD DAMN DO YOU GUYS LIKE PAYING 10-15K MIN FOR ACCOMMODATION A YEAR>????? all of mcgills programs suck, the school is basically a DEGREE MILL.

Entrance average was 97.5 and I applied for Arts! I got an entrance scholarship and I'm waiting to hear back from the big scholarship I applied for.
