Created thread for this specific issue, figured I'd post here too. Really would like to get an answer to this:

I noticed lately that a lot of threads that I have replied to even multiple times are not showing up in My Threads. What's up with that?
 
Seriously. There's another thread on this issue in SD. It's driving me nuts! basic editor won't allow us to use tags, so I can't hyperlink with what I want it to say. And no video embed either.
 
Same as everyone above, can't embed and post preview doesn't work, so I cant see if a copied image will show in the post until after posting it. Guess I'll be making frequent use of the "how to post a picture thread" until this is fixed.
 
Dirt for donators appears twice in my threads. I don't care too much, it draws my attention better. But it's a bug nonetheless...
 
Whenever I clink on an online friend's name in the sidebar, their profile shows

up in a new page like normal, but the main page changes to the

url of "javascript:LP('a bunch of numbers')" and all that is on the page is the word "false."
 
my home page after logging in isn't loading? the top bars load, just the content on the homepage is not there. been going on for two days now.
 
In the left bar it says 0 members online. Somebody sent me a pm about 10 min ago and now every time I refresh it still says I have a pm from them and loads the same one. Also still says "0 members online"

Not worried about it but figured I'd let you know

Update though. Strangely enough right after posting this everything is back to normal. It was weird for maybe 15 min through several refreshes.
 
Not sure if a bug, but everything is back to normal except 'my threads'. Still getting the we're getting fancier page. Anyone else?
 
Whenever I go to my threads on mobile it just brings me to a page that says the site is getting fancier. And It's been like this for the past few days
 
yup. On top of that, I often get logged out on one device after logging in on another. It'd be nice if that didn't happen either.
 
That's fairly common. There are some security loopholes when you allow multiple sessions, but it's happening to me when I click from a thread to a video or something like that.
 
If Newschoolers staff wasn't half-retarded this one would be a really easy fix: the word "verify" is spelled wrong on the incorrect login page.

Also, there's no reason why there needs to be an alert message for deleting a thread from My Threads. Thread watches just aren't that important.
 
I think I know what's causing this. A change was launched this morning which should prevent the random log outs.

Note, however, that NS still only allows one simultaneous PC to be logged into an account at a time. So if you login on PC1, then again on PC2, PC1 will be logged out. Whether or not this should change (I think it should) is a discussion for another day.
 
It's likely just a caching problem. Try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache.
 
When I try to "Create Thread" in Ski Gabber I cannot enter any info into the Title field. No problems entering anything in the Message field. I'm on my work computer which is operating on Win 8.1 :(
 
thanks, wanted to see if there was a workaround for IE. They don't like us downloading those browsers at Microsoft.
 
HAHAHAHA!!!! I would imagine not. Try running the site in compatibility mode. My guess it that it's an IE11 issue since it's only like 5 months old.
 
Sorry for the janky ass screen shot, but I'm getting some intense popups. Clicking anywhere is taking me to an ad site in a different tab. When I turned adblock back on it went up to 13 right away, when usually it only registers like 5ish ads.
