Bug Reports

At first I was like, "Sick! New NS player that plays correctly!"

Then I was like, "Nope!"

Other NS videos worked and it worked on Chrome, but Safari for some reason doesn't want to play it.
 
When you look at another members created threads and try to go to the second page it brings you to "my threads" instead when using mobile
 
Can't quote JD's response in NSG's thread about Jian Ghomeshi's crazy sex life.... Says the quote doesn't exist, I'm on an iphone5, using chrome all up to date.
 
Been trying to post a video for a couple days, every time I get it to encode it drops off latest videos and homepage within about 20 minutes and the only way I can find it is to go to my videos. Weird?

if you change anything in the description credits etc it changes the video to private

its sucks because than if your video was doing well in terms of up-votes you lose your spot on the splash page

Ah that's exactly what happened. I thought I had changed it back to private and forgotten about it at some point.

Oh man, you may have just figured this one out....
 
I cannot navigate to the the NS Shop. The "Shop" link on the main ribbon just sends me to the main page, and the community->Store(new!) link brings me to the "this page doesnt exist" page.

People with longer names, JakeAssBeatClap for example

Their names run into their post covering up some of the letters

Ban all long names 2014

I keep getting redirected from the site to like a shitty survey. I'd say it was on my end from the hungarian porn I've been watching but it's only happening on NS.

If you're talking about the scroll bar not loading, I'm getting that too. I'm on chrome, osx 10.6.8.

I think it's the nitro circus ad. I have adblock disabled for NS, but to test my theory, I turned it on and pages loaded first try with a scroll bar. With the ads, I reloaded this page at least five times, and it failed to load the scroll bar, and presumably the rest of the page all five plus times. I've never had this issue on NS before and I don't have it on any other pages currently.

Also is there no way to rotate an image? If this is the case, it would be a nice feature to have.
 
The "watch" feature for regionals seems to have stopped working in the last couple of days. As in I no longer get created threads or their replies showing up. I should mention that I am following two regionals sections, not that it should matter too much as it was working for both only a couple of days ago.
 
Just a (very) minor annoyance - at the bottom of the forum window it says something like: 'all times are in eastern (-5), the time is:...'

It then goes on to give my local time, rather than the time at which the forums are operating.
 
This is the most minor of bugs, but when creating a pm on the mobile site the window is immobile. If my message is longer than 10 words or so the text in the box scrolls left to make room. I am then unable to scroll back over that text in the beginning of that message, such as if I was checking for agregious typos.
 
On the left hand side of the screen, where it shows which ones of your friends are online, if you select one of your friends, you will be brought to a blank page with "false" written in it and a url of javascript:LP('128170')
 
Just small stuff guys, I was trying to quote a post earlier but I keep clicking on the signature of the guy above who had a link, instead of ticking the white box for replying.

People can't view my video on mobile devices. They get an error saying "Error loading media: File could not be played" yet they say its watchable on computers. How do I fix this issue because most people are trying to watch it from their phones
 
I post a picture and nothing shows up even though it says i uploaded. When I click on it it is white and has a little text that says click to make image full size
 
When posting from mobile sometimes my post won't show up in the thread on my device for a while, but will then appear in the correct place in the thread after some members have posted after it.

Probably not describing it very well, so apologies in advance. Perhaps someone could describe it better; I'm assuming that I'm not the only one experiencing this issue.
 
Some sort of ad, maybe the rebull ad, causes my computer to freeze up and take over the whole screen saying to download flash. Takes only a second to close to the NS window, open a new tab and get back to the page I was looking for but still annoying. This happen to anyone else?

This has happened quite a few times. page starts loading then bam this ad comes up and i have to go back a page to get rid of it

Videos won't play for me - when I go to play them, the ad never loads, just sits there with its stupid spinning arrow taunting me. My internet connection is fine and I can play videos on other sites.

It happens when the pre-video ad tries to load. I don't have Adblock (I'm an NS patriot, what can I say). Right now I'm not getting any video ads for some reason, but I'll check again tomorrow and see what's going on. If it happens again, I'll post here. Thanks Doug!

Does the video play when there's no ad? There aren't many right now so you might not see them.

Does anyone else see the same behavior?
