its supposed to hit later in the day according to national weather service. I am not even mad because I am so sore that I wouldnt have came out anyway
 
Off to Denver. There is a 20% chance that my ski bag makes it but i havent reserved any lift tickets until thursday. The airport was a zoo but we lucked out and got precheck

Miraculously my bags made it. Hope my skis are in 1 piece.
 
Acclimating to denver's altitude was easy. I didn't really have a problem besides a headache for an hour but that may have just bern from the plane. My skin is freaking out because of the low humidity but i just got some moisturizer. I head off to eldora tomorrow which is only 9-10.8 thousand feet so it will be a nice adjustment and not straight into 13,000.

Half of the baggage thing was broke inside the airport and there were atleast 50 bags in line to go into get scanned when i dropped mine off. After tsa precheck we had go walk really fast to our flight and barely made it. I just assumed they had no chance.
 
So I was at bw last night and the setup they were working on actually looks great. Gonna go now to see if they actually managed to pull it off
 
Eldora kinda sucked but OMG WINTER PARK IS AMAZING. Kinda miss rails a little but I don't mind the 2k vertical mogul and tree runs.

Winter park got a ninja storm and got 4 inches last night. Its fantastic. Gonna hit the bowl up soon.
 
A chance of rain here. So they close again. Conserve snow ? Don't think we riders can hurt the snow farm piles. Waiting patiently. Happy Holidays.

having people ski on the snow actually does cause it to melt faster. Plus attendance is terrible when the weather sucks so they would be paying employees to do nothing. I don't blame them for closing.

Im heading up for a few hours tnite. I just need that flat bar in prog to be there so i can work on my 2s
 
Of course they took out my flatbar but I did try some 360s. they were all backseat af but it was nice to commit for a change. I didn't have any shin pressure at all. Probably should have done some 180s first. The park was a joke. Everything look destroyed, the landings were rough and icy, the kickers were flat so there was no way I was gonna hit any of that. I just hit the jump, t box, and flat bar and the mini jump at the end. Hopefully its slushy tomorrow.

I'm really conflicted about going because the word on the street in the park last night was that park crew was doing a rebuild last night. I looked on the camera this morning and half the features look different, but it's too hard to tell. I guess I'm going to have to haul my sore ass down there just to check if they rebuilt or not

I just pulled in. The snow actually looks white today.
 
The mills park is gone. Some kids starting throwing rodoes and backies on that side hit before the jump, kinda the drop in, u can see the tracks.

Its awkward because the down is so short so i just pedal off almost immediately. I wanted to disaster it but i could barely get into the thing cause of the speed. I disastered the flat bar at the bottom.

The down rail they had there before was also like that. By the time you jumped on u immediately had to start to come off.
 
Tried some 270s in the big park on the square bar and it is 5 times easier than in prog. Its crazy actually.

Haha now you're gettin somewhere. Many tricks are easier with more speed and more airtime coming off the rail.

Have they changed anything at the main park since I skied with you earlier this week?

They added a flat bar where the waterfall was. Nothing other than that. We did put in our own down bar in prog that was laying off to the side. Park crew fixed the lip for us and we hit that a few times lol.

Josh hit me with the ban hammer on social media. I honestly may take my business to snow trails next year because it isnt that far. Tom told me that i got blocked cause i swore at him and his kid last week. I literally didnt even say a word to him and his kid. I hate him so much.

Im not even gonna talk about it more on here cause somehow he may find it and use it against me. I am just gonna let things simmer down the next couple weeks and focus on school cause we have midterms next week.

Good idea. I'm done trashing them as well for now. It's actually pretty scary he can just make up crap like that as grounds to ban somebody who has already paid for a pass

I did land my first real disaster today before I bounced when I got the news. The downbar in prog had a super poppy kicker and I sent it without a speed check cause it seemed slow. I just tapped the last 6 inches and I was terrified lol.
 
I just read the terms and conditions of my pass for the contract you sign when you buy the pass. Not once does it say that they can take your pass away from you. I know they can do what they want but still.
