Beer Gabber.

this is a good session beer for when you want to pick up a six pack and just drink one beer after another. id highly recommend it. it is considered an IPA but it is way less strong as IPA's such as Dogfish Head or like a Sierra Nevada Torpedo.

Picked up a pint of this and it was a favorite out of all the stuff I've been trying. Great color and aroma and it drinks really smoothly.

i'm hooked on porters and stouts. granville island winter ale comes to mind, it's just so damn tasty!!!

"Winter is coming—and you’re going to like it. With complex layers of vanilla, cocoa, and caramel, our Lions Winter Ale gives you plenty to get warm and cozy with. This brew is nicely balanced so the sweeter flavours don’t overwhelm. You could call it the ultimate winter comfort brew, perfect with cream-based soups and other winter comfort foods."

Racer 5 IPA, tastes nothing like other ipas I've tried in a good way

Racer 5s are a classic. Good beer

Roommates been buying these ipas from raleys that are absolutely delicious. Not sure what they are called though

I drank 4-5 flying dog double dogs a day for about 2 years and did a number on my liver. I dont drink much anymore but my current favorite is kahlua

Especial (35% alc) and milk. Its as delicious

As chocolate milk.

Ive been really into Granville islands Northwest pale ale, the perfect citrus blend with the right amount of hops. Ever since i moved to Van ive been drinking mostly craft, and really developed a taste for IPAs and stouts. I had a 20 oz stout that was 8.5 percent a few weeks ago while i was on a date lol was walking a lil crooked out of Red Truck brewing after one beer

Do you live in a van because you are poor from spending so much on beer or are you just one of those rich guys that lives in a van by choice?

Hmmm...

I go to school here. Busted my ass working a job last year to save money to afford full time schooling. midnight til 8:30 five days a week. I would put all the money away i could each paycheck and just leave enough for me to get by. Totally worth it. so definitely not one of those rich kids who has been given everything and fed with a silver spoon.

i am broke as hell now though. Just enough money to get me home for the summer to work.

Lol. Just messing with you. I know you are just trying to say you live in Canada and you don't actually live in your car lol. (or do you? I guess I'm just assuming you don't live in a car. Totally cool if you do though. Some good people live in vehicles both by choice and circumstance.)

Dad bought me some Grateful Dead beer! Stoked to try it tonight. Definitely a novelty item but any Dogfish Head I have tried is pretty good stuff.

Snowslip Stout from Kasilpell Brewing Co. Was drinking Tumbleweed IPAs from Lewis and Clark Brewing as well and forgot how much I liked that beer.

If anybody wants to know what being an alcoholic is like, drink one of these.

Youll think to yourself “wow, goes down as easy as a sam adams”

and then the buzz will hit you

Then you look at the label:

I never liked hard liquor because it was hard to put down and i always had to fight the urge to vomit because im a huge vagina.

But this beer was like mainlining alcohol. Drinking it is just too easy.

if liver damage wasnt a thing this beer would be one of the best thing in the world.

but mines fucked so i gotta stick to weed and opioids

I quit drinking beer. Will drink the occasional cheap beer on the slopes now. Too much fucking money

Went back hard on the beer train last summer in Australia. And dabble more this season but mostly drank bourbon and scotch. In the spring I started going harder on the beer again. Then with covid it was yolo but mostly liquour. When I buikt my mini ramp switched to full time beer because whiskey and skating gets rowdy..

Was nice to grab some sip of sunshine, fiddlehead, smuttynose, saranac, and other east coast beers while back here. Mostly was on a Lagunitas and Seirra diet the last few season. I def like deals on 12 packs rather than 6ers and honestly I'd rather be at home drinking not deciding in the store for 30 min.

At bars I'm going to always try some new shit on tap though.

For me it was basically like a way to get a buzz as strong as you get from doing shots but it goes down easy without making you gag. Also you feel every sip you take. You take a sip, wait 30 seconds, and then youre like “ah, there it is”

Moved to a new apartment and this brewery is right down the road. Connecticut breweries are fire lately.

Odell brewing doesn't make a beer I don't like.

Olympia is the sports drink of choice when I'm skiing

Odell is good. One time I tried as many CO breweries as I could in one trip. Probably like 12 or 15 different places and Odell was the standout

Support them local breweries when you can!

No kidding. Always have, always will! Alaska has some really awesome breweries and beers.

My current personal favorites are YellowEye PA from Broken Tooth, Panty Peeler (tripel) from Midnight Sun, the KUIU Verde 2.0 IPA collab with Anchorage Brewing, Chuli Stout from Denali Brewing, Long Track IPA from Matanuska Brewing, Hopothermia and the Smoked Porter from Alaskan Brewing, and No Woman No Cryo (NEIPA) from Girdwood Brewing.

Favorite non-local beers are the Oatis (oatmeal stout) from Ninkasi, and then Black Butte Porter, Rip City Lager (Blazers!), and The Abyss from Deschutes.

When I’m skiing

When I’m at home chillin (they’re actually pretty sweet tasting- bought em as a joke once but they hit real nice)

977847.jpegWhen it’s a special occasion or Something I love bunkhouse brewery sours, had a blood orange+ginger and a strawberry+Thai basil sours a while back when I went to the brewery and they’re so tasty- great ABV for a sour too.

Went to beer store for friend. Couldn't help but grab some sip of sunshine, victory hop devil, and bells two hearted.

Off the booze sorta. Did almost a week of sobriety but kinda like fuck it till i get back west and get to work. Shouldn't have bought so much beer but i got sendy.
