Posting pics of the 2012 fischer park skis tomorrow. One is called the guru. They also have another called the maven thats rockered but thats all i know about it.
 
Skied two pairs of 2011-2012 Nordicas today at Killington.

Nordica Soul Rider

98mm underfoot with regular camber and early rise tip and tail. I was on a shorter size than I would want. I was skiing on a mid-upper 170s I think. It was way too short but I was impressed by how quick the ski was edge to edge. It could rail turns very nicely and had awesome edge hold on ice and you could nail a tight bumpline with them. Honestly, if that ski was 10-15cm longer, it would have been amazing for me. It was just too short for my size.

Nordica Patron

This ski was around 115mm underfoot I believe and the length was in the mid-180s with a mount just back from center a little. Same regular camber underfoot with early rise tip and tail.

This ski straight rocked in every single way. I could not find a single flaw. Insanely quick edge to edge with insane edge hold on ice. It could pound a bump line no problem and then transition into a high speed groomer and rail some carves.

My mind was blown by how well those skis perform, specifically the Patron, and I would have ZERO problem calling that ski my everyday ski here on the east coast. Straight hero skis that allowed me to charge WAY harder than my current skis (Line Prophet 100s).

Job well done Nordica.
 
Want. I may need new boots next year, these are definitely on my list. I love my rampages, but I may have gotten them a size too big, and they are 4 years old. Best boot I have ever used though.
 
Okay after reading through this whole thread, I have heard alot about what the EPs are going to be replaced with... but whats the deal with the SFBs???? I really like this years bacons and I was just about to buy a pair in the next couple weeks. But if Eric has changed them for next season as much as he changed the EP (not even called the EP anymore) than I want to see what the hell he has in store for the bacons before I go and buy this years model.

Anyone know anything about the 2012 sir francis bacon?????????????

is it even going to be called the bacon anymore?
 
Yah its a repost, but i still need to change my pants. Those are so fucking sick, if only the shop i worked at carried caswell so i could get it discounted! (i can get orage and armada outerwear really cheap so its hard to justify spending more on gear).
 
Go to www.chrisbenchetler.com and read under the bloggin section about the dragon team trip to Silverton, CO. You can spy pics of the new SFB and Bentchetler. As for dimms? I'm not sure that's been discussed yet, but SIA is in just a few days.

yeah...not much info just a couple more mediocre pics. Is it just me? or does next years pollard graphic not seem very sick. First of all because I am one who enjoys super colorful skis, but also because the 2 new pollard models for next year seem too similar to the black/white ep pro from 2 years ago! (which make them seem very un-original to me).
 
would you happen to know whats up with the moment rocker for next year? Pics? Specs? Even someone just explaining what they will look like compared to this years would be awesome.
 
and have you noticed how much the crowbar looks like the wisdom and the wisdom to the A- frame?

each of oakleys new designs is based off of the last newest model.

thats why oakley rocks. they dont come up with new designs just for the hell of it. they take their old designs and simply make them better. which is why the new airlock is almost identical to the splice, except for the new features. just like how they made the splice 2 years ago which are pretty much a hoped up crowbar. Hows that for innovation? If you want a goggle that is made JUST for the company to have a new cool looking frame, than oakley is not fo you.
 
you have seen them??? is the camber pretty much the same? what is the theam of the graphocs that would make moms want to kill you?
 
there tits all over them lol not that im complaining but the bibby has always been sick and if thats the graphic moment needs to rethink it!! and i have not seen in person, camber will most likely be streched out if the tail is flat
 
Im not sure if your thinking of the same ski as me. I was wondering about the Moment Rocker. a park ski. not the rocker on that^ moment ski. haha. are you saying the Rocker (park ski) has tits all over them too?

and as for those moment skis up there^ It would be cool if they actually used attractive chicks..... what were they thinking?
