my best fall was racing, unfortunately. i was cruising down the GS course at states and my binding on my outside ski decided it didnt wanna work anymore... so i went down, busted up a couple gates and slid a few hundred feet.
i did today for the first time. its not bad if your riding alone. just put your cd player in a chest pocket or something, i have an inside pocket in my jacket that works pretty well...
alright this is a pretty dumb question, but are there any good stretches to do to help with crosses and grabs and shit? cause i think i lost all the flexibility i had at the end of last season, i can barely cross at all now.
i've found that newschool skiing actually helps with a couple aspects of racing... my balance in gates is much better because of riding switch and landing wrong and trying to survive, stuff like that...
hey, i live a sheltered life but the bane show was intense... picture 100+ people in an area as big as a decent sized living room. everyone was up and moving around and singing along. plus outbreak and never say die played...
