alright this is a pretty dumb question, but are there any good stretches to do to help with crosses and grabs and shit? cause i think i lost all the flexibility i had at the end of last season, i can barely cross at all now.
buy a trampoline...practice your grabs on that. That way you can get alot of repetition fast. Also you could strech by laying down on your floor at home and practicing grabs that way.
