is it gonna be a good binding thats durable and doesnt pre release? i have to decide to get the line binding or not... and its a hard decision.

dude above makes it sound like he's tried em...maybe he has. Otherwise everything is just speculation. If they work like everyone says they work then they should be about 10 times better then anything else on the market. I'm buying them.

line is straped for money thats why there is a delay the actually are trying to get k2 to come aboard whith them on the bind.

I know a few people who have riden the metal prototype and they said it worked.

sweet system....that's all there is to it. good binding, good company with good ideas. and everyone must know........they are from the MIDWEST!

its 250. Thats expensive. They said it was gonna be affordable.

well, the street for turbo 10's are 199. but most shops will prolly charge full msrp for both setups, which is sick and wrong.

never buy something new like these bindings cause they will never be good. FOr example, line's first twelve sixty sucked. Now it is awesome. Just wait a year or two so they can be perfected before throwin down all ur money

but if noone gives money...they cant improve em....quite the paradox we have here...

i have to get bindings, its ether look p 14s, or line binding for my new skogens, if i even get new ones that i get on warrenty. so should i get the line binding? or should i drill holes in my skis and put looks... hard hard decision.

Your call. Like someone said, first year isn't going to be perfect. There'll be gliches to work out and new problems will probably arise. It's taking a chance but whatever, it's such a good idea for bindings, and the inserts are a step in the right direction so i'm going to support them and hope it work out.

i really dont think youre gonna see too many,if any, problems with these bindings. We'll see if Im wrong, but after seeing them they look sick.

i would put the binding on there.

like i said i have talked to a few people who have skied the prototype and they said it worked no problems.

i'd get 'em if they are under warranty. plus, it's feedback for line. if you have problems with them, i'm sure they would love the feedback.

I hate miss information and mmm4twintips is the king in this thread.

They bindings are delaied because they re-enginered 3 smalll componants to make the unit work better as a whole. Not because of whatever funding issue you came up with. As for getting K2 on board I wouldnt hold your breath. Every ski company has a binding that goes with them. They want you to buy the set (salomon/salomon, K2/marker, Dynastar/Look...) to increase there profit margin so I wouldn't look for any companies to put this system on there skis in production, because it would basicly be admiting defeat in bindings.

if I lie then i guess I should stop doing rep work

sweet...good to know what's actually going on. Any word on when they'll actually be shipped?
