Sick! So this was the article you were super stoked on Rogge. Nice work. Not quite as in depth as most of the recent articles but fucking eh! Its WarrenfuckingMiller, mothafucking pimp.

yeah just because only because 5% of the people freeski doesn't mean it has a huge affect on the industry as we can obviously see it has. Warren Miller feels like promoting just what the average skier likes is what will keep our sport alive. Well i am glad we don't have to rely on his movies anymore. shame on warren miller, i know someone is gonna flame on me for this but i gotta say it.

I respect him as a pioneer, and it's cool to see an interview here on NS, but WM movies are about the most boring things ever in my opinion.

Here's some info on this article came to life.

This article was an answer to a question I had. I contacted Schmuck and told him I was interested in finding out what the deal was with the real Warren Miller and not the film company owned by Time Warner. After a lifetime of skiing, Mr. Miller is aging but still is a living legend and working with the foundation. The word retirement isn't in his vocabulary.

I'm stoked you guys like the article. I too wish it was a bit more in depth but I didn't want to over do it and invade this man's life. His time is very precious and I have enough respect for him to not send him 20 questions hating on what's happened to Warren Miller Entertainment. Jeff and I were both very selective on what we would ask him. I saw this article as an opportunity to bring some of the members of NS some truth about Mr. Miller as well as bring a little nostalgia to those of us that were spoon fed these movies as kids.

I'm really glad to hear all the constructive criticism because it helps me become a better write and produce better material for you. Thanks for the support and keep skiing!
