thats sick and to be sponsored by nike free shoes and what ever smart for him he is taking advantage of whats available and no one can sit there and say they would not take a fucking sponsorship from any company if they offered it hell if someone offered me a sponsorship id take it in a heart beat and nike makes there out door stuff there ACG gear its rad.... and buddy shouldnt be chirpin has he seen yeah dude and the nike spot on that probably not cuz hes too busy goin on about how sell out people are go grab your skis and have fun thats what this is about sammy is loving life and why not i would be too we are skiers and we are having fun slaying anything form park to BC to urban and thats how it should be at least people will be more aware of the sport and im sure nike is big enough that maybe just maybe they could be the ticket to the olympics we are pushing the sport bigger then any one would of ever though and that is sickkk now go ride and have fun!

sammy came to a shop around here (pinewskis), along with a couple salomon reps, of course i was the shy guy as i usually am and he comes over and is really friendly to me and everyone else.

definitely more mature than i could have every expected, but of course hes still a really funny guy

so to me it doesnt matter whats going on with his sponsors, hes just a guy that loves to shred.

my dad was talking with the salomon reps and they wouldnt stop mentioning how badly sammy was wanting to get back on the snow

I know Nike is probably the biggest sport company ever made, and like mcdonalds and every big corporation (everything in this world basically) there is two sides about it. Making money, exploiting, the bad side, and pushing the sport, being an icon, a chance for riders to make themselves a name, the good side. Both are link together, and we cannot do anything about it. So fuck everything, grab your skis, and appreciate.
