again, he never said that windells sucks, or anything against windells as a camp. he said for the price, it is not worth the $2000 to ski for a week, his posts are an honest description of what you get from windells, and gave his opinion on wether or not he would personally go if he had to pay the $2000 himself.
that is called honesty, and many people appreciate that, including windells. in the end they would rather people know exactly what they are going to get. the goal is for the customer to be satisfied for what they paid for, and to feel that they received what they expected, rather than people pay thousands of dollars and be dissatisfied with their experience, and to produce bad publicity from these unsatisfied customers.
i personally appreciate andy's honesty, and if thats how he feels, then perhaps windells should take note, listen to him and anyone else's criticisms and modify the windells experience to change the opinions of the people paying, and those who are paid to be there
