Your favorite jump type?

step ups, or overs as you call them. if you look at dirt jumps for bikes, the best made ones are always stepups, or stepovers, bigger landings, safer falls.

i would have to go with step over. just because they are not quite as intimadateing(sp) and you can see around where you land before u hit it.

in the park: a 20 foot gapper with not to much kick to it, but you are still in the air for a while. or in the powder i just like to jump all the natural stuff into powder

They can be cool, just because big ones are super intense... but they suck to throw risky tricks over. Step ups and overs are the way to go!

president weekend i saw 2 kids in main street in jeans hitting the jumps they looked so funny because they would just go in super slow and just drop

big floaty step ups are my favorite, next would definitley be the ones in the picture that was posted, and then hips.

yep so much fun. but too much lip and they fuck you so hard when you are trying spins...talking like rodeo's on accident here. for me anyways hahah.

step over is my fav

the difference between step ups and step overs is, on a step up u jump up and land on a flat deck, like the candide step ups, or in wski106 the whistler step up over the cliff.

step over is when you jump up over the knuckle and land on a landing, like the joi jump or mammoths show case jump at the bottom is kind of a step over

the kind of jump that you is smooth yet still poppy, not a short table but not incredibly long and a landing that you do not have to worry about clearing

I love good tables and i love trying new tricks on step ups with nice soft landings because it is as if you have never left the ground.....never done a step over but they look cool....now this is my kind of jump...a little on the far side for me but another 15 feet closer and that is some dope shit....

look before you leap, you should ski beside a jump before trying it the first time.

but watch a guys face one time, you'll see him get the "oh shit look on his face."

i love over shooting watervilles sketchy halfpipe like jumps to flat. they boost the shit out of you

for tricks (i only spin up to 5), I prefer really mellow takeoffs. even more so than most park jumps, however I love a super steep takeoff for straight airs or 180's where you just float.
