for all the guys that worked to make the copper ygo as sick as it was:

I would like to take back what i said earlier about the ygo, through a combination of things i did not think that the course would be as big it was, (for anyone that was there, i expected it to be about the size of the small line). The middle line had great pop and i loved skiing them. What my real critisism was that just to the right the jumps were massive and i was let down by the fact that they would not be in the course. THIS IS NOT THE YGO's FAULT. I dont think its anyone's fault, today the judges said that we were lucky to get so much area closed off for us to ski on, its true cuz were park skiers and were kinda the small guys. So anyway, my appologies to everyone who made the competition as sick as it was, i left early. who won the finals?
 
Basically, no one made it to the finals if you didnt throw a cab cork seven. Most of the the other people had an unnatrual spin (5 and walker who had 7) that made the finals as well...

Bobby Haupt definitely had the sickest trick of the day with his corked 5 truckdrivers...they were rediculous
 
jea the ata was sick matts final run was cork 3 right f sw 7 nose besides matt whitney won with really steezy 3s to a sick steezy 5. but wicks and sam furguson and charlie lasser all really threw down ill nasty runs so jea look out for this crew
 
yea thats wrong... whitney won. she charged so hard, she was 5ing the last table and killing it all day... anyway it really goes...

haha ATA threw it down diRTY!!! MATT WALKER slayed shit with a sword! 1st Place for guys. My lil' sister WHITNEY took it for the girls. 3's with ease and a bangin 5 Holla!!! The rest of the ATA bombed some skills. Charlie Lasser popped his bottlez with some sick nasty tricks and Sam Ferguson nailed some runs and made it through to finals. Finals was fun with lots of sick kids. Not to mention that E Spong and Timmy Gauge and many others threw down all day. Saw Levi bustin some right 5's and shit sick day nice work kiddies!
 
not to mention all the ATA grommits who threw down. Jack Sullen, T rav Vandomelon, Brandon outta the Butte, and the Rubicon!
 
Liberty web site sez that Matt won YGO on Liberty Stealths. Guess he will "graduate" to big Line now since that was one of the Young Gun Open prizes.

Siver deserves props - this is a good competition and great lineup of prizes - even better than cash!
 
He was skiing on stealth's but dropped them before the comp, now he's a hardcore line skier, dibs on the old jacket, haha
 
what the fuck? i thought this comp was for non sponsored skiiers? thats bullshit that this kid won he is sponsored by

im sure he did great but all the ads said ams only which means no sponsorships, not like this will change anything though
 
to be classified as above amateur status, one has to recieve money. i doubt this matt kid has a paid sponsorship. getting free gear and being a paid professional are two completely different things.
