Alright, so im sitting here in the middle of summer dying to go skiing, so i figure if we all list things we hate about skiing maybe we will stop missing it so much and just forget about wanting to ski so bad all together.

I hate these parts of skiing.

switch 5's in the backcountry, because they always look like they should have been 7's

switch on switch out of rails

people with no respect for where we are taking the sport

Ice days, cold days

Gapers in the park

Boarders sitting on the landings

Fucking up my thumb

Leaving the mtn early for work

Did i mention cold/icy days god damn

Ridiculously rich people with nice shit they dont deserve.

shitty snow, which makes for shitty lips on jumps.

that can make thengs a lot of fun. i just keep shit skis with me when the park sucks my friends and i ride over grass, through slush/water, and rocks and shit like that. you can tell i'm from the east cost. no but it is a lot of fun
 
yea and when stuff is gettin shitty on the mountain theres always so much other stuff to do. just use your mind and your good. theres nothin i hate really.
 
That. And...

I know this is "hate about skiing" but I hate that snowboarders have to wear leashes. Stupidest invention/law ever!
 
just get one of the old school ones that are long, they morph perfectly into a handle/strap when walking to and from your vehicle.
 
You obviously hate something about skiing. I smell a hypocrite.

I like skiing too much...um lets see. Bad park days when pow covers every thing and there is no pow to ski.
 
people think that other people dont deserve nice things without even knowing them

but i also hate skiing because in the summer there is no skiing in most places

When the bases of my feet start to ache for some odd reason

Cold Fingers

Rich posers who sit at the top of the park and claim

I love every aspect, the only thing I dont like so much is not being able to ski in the summer. No matter what if im skiing Im stoked... so damn this doesnt work for me.
 
Clique riders, Brighton Bomb holes, lift ticket prices, %100 percent snowboarder/skier parks, just design a good all around park, its really not that hard. People who get mad at little kids riding through the park and jumping off the sides of stuff, Red coat ski patrol. how everyone does the same tricks at rail comps two sevs on are sick, and so is pretzel out, but there are other tricks. people who try and take my pass for skiing down stairs.
 
i love skiing switch out of the park, but rain and when snowboarders always say skiers are gay and that kind of stuff
 
i hate the beginning of the season where theres only one or two boxes setup and theres like 50 people waiting in a line to hit a feature
