You know what I hate about skiing.

what i really, really, really hate about skiing is how trendy its becoming. each year theres some "in" trick or grab, outfit or shit, and every fuckin kid in the world HAS to have one, or just do the same tricks over and over. Truckdrivers, octograbs, etc, great trick, but people do them way to much, and i cant stand to see them anymore. Everyone wears the same fuckin outfits, wears the same boots (THERES NO WAY the entire freeskiing population ALL fits perfectly in SPKs and kryptons), its lame, theres all sorts of shit like this goin on. people need to stop trying to copy one and other and just have fun and do thier own thing, it makes it WAY more interesting. people buy into the hype way way to much in this sport. i swear, you could sell turds to these kids, as long as ___(insert new hot skier here)___'s face was on it.

how expensive resorts are getting, and how you can't buy a meal under $10 so it's always the pack lunch.

I love everything about skiing, including waiting to ski over the summer.

I even love you for hating, because youre the kinda person who problee doesnt smile at all while on the hill, or has any fun, or cant do a switch on switch out switch 5er in the bc.

enjoi the frowning.

Im gonna go jib.

I hate:

getting injured

gaper new yorkers that flock to my hill

bombed out landings

shin bang

hiking a ridge, getting really hot and taking your coat off only to have a gust come and freeze your nips off

skiers thumb

ice

i hate the set-up. box, gap to another box because i had it down like all season then near the end of the season i went for it and slipped out on the first one, and slammed into the front of the second one.... man that hurt

aww sheit. yea def the 400$ for a bottle of water, dickead children and parents, most bus kid, packed lodges on friday//saturday nights and not being able to sit.

yes yes- i hate when people also tell other skiers that they arent allowed in-0 meaning gapers- also our park- can be amazing but it never is

Arrogant people on NS

The whole "gangsta image"

The amount of switch-ups done at X-Games(on the flat down at the start)

I hate ski blades and people who use the lips to rails as jumps but more then anything else are ski bladers who jump off those same lips to rails and do liu kangs.  Die.

landing on the same place virtually every time i fall.

the expensiveness of it all

snowboarders sitting all over the piste.

Kidding.

The WORST thing about skiing BY FAR is how bindings haven't yet been modified for SWITCH skiing/landings.

Nobody can deny the crappyness of all existing systems for switchin' it up.

I'm a mech. eng. and I'm working on it....gimme time.

All suggestions are welcome.

your a douchebag. i'm gonna kill you

you have no idea how much fun I have on the hill dude, I basically live to ski. But there are aspects I don't like.

I have yet to even ski BC, I'm an east coast park rat, but I can definitely switch on switch out, but I don't, because I don't like how the trick looks, it doesn't flow.

This wasn't a thread to hate on all skiing, just to try and get our minds of constantly wanting to ski, it can actually get depressing.

oh by the way, calling out people on NS for not being able to throw tricks is about as cool as you can get, well done.

when people poop off the chairlift and it hits your goggles when your skiing below and then u cant get the smell out.....that really sucks

Shin Bang

Bombed Out Landings

Noobs (boarders+skiers) that carve up the ramp, knuckle the jump, and carve on the landing thus making it icy and have ruts in it which results in a painful landing

Casing/Overshooting a jump

Noobs (boarders+skiers)that sit in the landings

Long lines

Cold weather

Claimers

Hurting yourself

hahahahahha that is so funny becuase skierkidwv (or chase as we know him) has a blast skiing it is always fun riding with him when i get the chance, he was probably just bored and was trying to stop his pining for skiing until the snowdown next week
