Backseat landing and having to get surgery to remove the toe piece from your butt hole

When ever I hand plant, I land super backseat and get penetrated by the dildo heel piece.

Broken thumb hurt like a bitch, even more so than my first torn acl. Second acl didn't hurt at all.

Learning rails way back I did the classic slip back onto my hip, which also hurt very much. But I'd have to say landing on my tailbone on ice hurt so much I could move for about a week without pain/ discomfort.

This past season I was coming out of the woods back onto the trail and boosted this 7ish foot drop, tips sank in the windblown pow that I was trying to tranny and I face planted onto hardpack. Had to sit there for a minute and collect myself. Definitely one of my worst falls.

I'm afraid of knee injuries, so anytype of twisting fall when my leg is straight but thigh twists, I feel like my legs will just come off

Hit a flat after a steep knoll, hauling ass, compressed, caught an edge, and launched.

Boosting a knoll and realizing you went way too big is a terrible feeling. The sweet spot is tiny and watching it go by sucks. This is often my skiing nightmare...knoll to flat

Catching an edge is my arch-nemesis. First day out last season I was a little over-confident with my ability to ski switch. I was swinging it back around and caught the inside edge of my uphill ski. I stayed on my feet, but I was going fast enough for it to jerk my knee totally sideways. No diagnosed injury, but I was out of the running/skiing game for about 5 weeks.

Now I'm petrified

Flying down a run on some demos

Dins too low because shop guy (aka me) is an idiot

Get to a bump patch that is childs play with correct dins

Lose a ski at mach 1000000000

Hold on and stay kind of in control

Realize i am heading toward a tree grove

Try to stop on one ski just in time

Eject

Fly 10 feet head first into a tree

Concussion

Have to walk 200 yards up an empty run to get first lost ski

I hate it when you fall and the ski ejects right in front of you and your body just rolls over the ski as you slide down the hill. Not only does it fuck up your outerwear, but it leaves some nasty marks...

a pole stabbing you in the nuts

Middle aged to old men do not like being told about that. I was skiing with my pants unzipped (I wear suspenders) and I caught an edge and of course my pole went RIGHT into my pantalonas and shanked my wonder sausage. I was in a social mood so I told this old guy on the lift I stabbed my penis when I fell and he replied with "If you're gonna be obnoxious the whole ride I'll hit you in the fuckin head."

Urban takes the cake. They hurt 2x more that anything ive done. When things go wrong in urban, you get nailed by the rail, raped by the concrete then assaulted by the landing. They always bring me back bruised bleeding and battered. Its like rails and rocks combined

I was being lazy after a full day skiing and caught a tip popping onto a rail. Ended up slamming my knee right into it. I couldn't walk right for 2-3 weeks after and now even though it's 6 months after the fact I can still feel some residual pain from it.

I won't lie, this thread doesn't get me stoked to ski haha

But it does make you wanna be safe and wear a helmet at all times. Atleast it does for me

The first time I tried a 360, I reverted after i landed and caught my edge and fell, but I slid for like 2 feet and caught an edge while sliding which somehow shot me to my feet. Someone gave me props for the "sick recovery" in the lift line but it still hurt like a bitch
