Shut the fuck up those parks are good parks

Buck Hill, Minnesota

When the season starts out, its great. But they do absolutely minimal maintenance, everything is either iced over or its trenched so hard at the end of it you drop 10 extra feet when you fall.

This bump called Mt. Crescent in Honey Creek Iowa is pretty "rad" but the park could use some more pizzazz.

The shitty mountain I worked at I'm CT: powder ridge. It was the first year of the reopen after being shutdown for nearly a decade and the new owner essentially found some old rails hanging around and had no qualified park crew so just kind of put them down and made some crappy ride ins.

Oh, and then he went and drove the snow cat by himself to make jumps one night and we get to work and it's kickers that were right on the edge of of the landing spots that were formed by mounds in the grass underneath. We had to send some people up to try and dismantle the kickers by hand so noone got hurt. After that fiasco we made a instructor with cat experience our terrain park manager and I left after that season.

Anyone from the ski sundown community reading this: never go to powder ridge.

Tussey Mountain Parks

That is a 7foot tall wall ride stood up and down, with 2 lips roughly 1 foot each, and almost no landing the plastic on the top is almost unslideable btw

also gore parks they make some sketchy stuff

Crested Butte, CO. Actually a decent setup this year, but it wasn't finished until mid February. So only about 7 weeks of being open. And notorious for jerry families riding through the park.

Haha yeah I'm a sundown local and I was there today. They had 3 features up, all of which were down rails at like 70 degree angles with hella sketchy kickers. Needless to say I'll never go there again.

Every hill in the Midwest

You're on crack if you think granite peak has a bad park. It's top 5 in the Midwest overall, but the jumps are by far the best in the Midwest. Nobody else has a 60-footer.

Whitecap mountain has the worst park in Wisconsin, there weren't even jumps last time I went there and that was a month ago

Tamarack, or Brundage both are shit

Well brundage doesn't have one anymore, and Tammy is on its way back after being bankrupt. Give it a few more years, tamarack will come back.

Hunter In New York can't build a park for shit

I feel like there's a lot worse you could mention for NY. Hunter isn't all that bad. I had fun when I rode there, rails were setup pretty nice.

Brundage does have a park but it's on Bear Chair. And Tamarack has been going through owners each year back and forth...
