as for technique and skills, I would say Skogs, Mike Nick, Tuffelmire, Mercon. The last 2 are huck masters with no style (ie Mercons 9s in the pipe or his dspin 10s or switch bio 9s...ugly, Tuff's 10s in the pipe and 1260 shits). they the other spectrum Skogen who never really recovered and mike nick who was progressive 3 years ago with the sw 9 but now just throws 3s and 5s.
