1st/last pic didn't work

and yea, NE is the shit, but i know someone is gonna post a pic of some epic pow line from the west coast, and all we'll have to fight that is a pic of Jay with 5 inches of powder thinking its the best day ever.

That mountain (Mt. Washington) is the absolute biggest thing you have. Most of it isn't even ride-able because its too windswept above timberline and the trees are too thick below.

all you people from out west think the east is so pussy when most of you hvae probably never bothered to come out here when in reality we have badass shit all over the place

have you ever even been heli-skiing? also, tuckerman ravine is skiable most of the year when there aren't avi warnings. and with parks getting better and better on the east, it doesn't even matter how big a mountain is anymore for us, park skiers. also, there is more to life than skiing. all you people out west have in this argument is a list of mountains.

If you're argument is that the east coast is devoid of assholes, pricks, douche nozzles, arrogant bastards, snobs, elitist motherfuckers, you're spot on.

I can't remember a time when some lovely chap from boston wasn't complimenting on the hospitality of a new yorker, or how Connecticut drivers love their I-91 comrades to the north and vice-versa. I don't think there has ever been a recoded incident of an individual from NY, MA, CT, or RI who hasn't wished NJ would just float off into the middle of the atlantic. Don't even get me started about how normal vertmont locals are.

I guess i'm just glad that intelligent people like yourself not only stay on the east, but have an active campaign to keep people like yourself there.

yea, well we've had to deal with each other a lot longer than you new fangled westerners! (joke reference....13 colonies...)

and at least we get BOTH a star AND a stripe on the american flag.

Im sorry, did you just claim Nebraska, Kansas and basically the entire country as East Coast? Tell me, if your standing on the beach by the Atlantic Ocean, how far is it to Colorado?

which is probably why the x-games have been at Mt.Snow the past idk 6 years, or that all the pro's are skiing LMP, Mt.Snow, Killington, and Waterville right?

New England is FAR superior to any other region of the country. Please, everyone move there now to experience just how great it is.

no, but its part of why i love living here so much.

sorry, i dont gauge how good a mountain is based on what pros ski there. my friends ski there and thats better than any pro.

I have been heli-skiing. I have also skied out east. There is absolutely no comparison in the terrain and the quality of the snow. Honestly, for all I care, you guys can keep thinking your region is the greatest thing since sliced bread, as long as you not out here cutting tracks in the really good stuff. It just means more for me.

And there is indeed more to life than skiing. Denver is a great city full of laid back people. There is tons to do here. The only thing Colorado doesn't have is a beach, and we would be unquestionably the greatest state in the country if we did. We also don't have nearly as many pretentious pricks out here, they mostly out hang out east or in Cali.

That may be a perfectly good argument if it were the question of where do you have fun skiing most, which really then wouldn't even really matter where you're skiing provided your friends are with you.

My point is that theses guys can ski with their friends anywhere in the world, but where do they choose to go?

The east, you do not have better parks than the west. You don't. It's more than the simple fact that you have ICE, which by the way would count negatively on your scoreboard, where in which even a tied rank of features would be seceded to the place with less ice, The east just doesn't have the variety, the size, the consistency, nor the overall conditions to compete with the west.

Sure perhaps some of the claimers will say that Mt.Snow had a 60 fter by the end of the season, well us western park skiiers can claim we've had those throughout the season, and didn't have to wait until a comp like the VT open etc. required that the parks get built up.

But it's OK i'm perfectly content with you thinking you're right that the east is best because the last thing i want out here is more of you.
