Why ford kicks chevys ass.

thats funny you should say that, because thats the main reason my dad hates his ford. he's gone through so many starters already, and the one he has now is starting to act up.
 
Haha this kid is retarded. Ford has no engine like that. They have the V10 modular which is a gas engine. GM has the 8.1L big block.
And 8.1L > Ford V10 Just because it is bigger.
 
half of my families chevy vehicles have needed the fuel pump replaced. 2 outa 4 in the last 10 or so years. haha it was weird they both pooped out right around 110k.

i do however like Ford as a company for not taking the auto bailout money. kudos for that.
 
I had an alternator problem in my 1984 Bronco but it was the same alternator that was in it when it came of the factory line over 25 years ago.

I love my Ford.

Only reason why chevy fuel pumps fail is cus people run the gas under a quarter tank. Its hard on the motor and then it cant cool itself, walla new pump.
 
why would you even want a v10? having a gas engine that large is just retarded, its fuel consumption is ludacris, and the performance gain over a V8 just isnt worth it. my GMC sierra 1500 crew cab can tow over 10,000lbs with its 6.0 liter V8, and with a pickup truck like that, what the fuck are you going to be towing that is over more than that? nothing. thats what, you would just buy a semi. the V10 isnt even excessive to the point where its cool, its just fucking gay. if you wanted a big truck with a big engine you would get a 7.3L turbo diesel, and it would fucking rock, and not consume as much fuel as the v10, and perform better.

all through highschool i got made fun of for driving a chevy.... i think shit like fordVSchevy is so fucking gay. who the fuck cares? its a truck. everyone who cares that much is just an inbred redneck fuck anyways.

im pretty sure i contradicted myself in there somewhere.
 
so many guys have huge trucks with massive engines and never even haul anything. pointless...

I have an old cop car crown vic it starts no problem it does take 2 or 3 time to work if it's really cold though.
 
I test drove a Tundra and like the truck actually, theyre fast as hell, but thats about all i liked. The interior killed it for me, plus i couldnt see around the hood and tell where my front end was at. Add to the fact that they chug gas like none other. The newer Silverados have sweet intereriors and decent performance (better mpg too). But i hate the exterior badging and the overall front end. Looks too big and goofy.
Thing i HATE about Toyota is that all their systems are going electronic. Hell most of the newer ones dont even have a steering shaft anymore. Sure it's more cost effective to replace a sensor but diagnosing is a total bitch unless you have a 2-7k diagnostic tool, plus its just unsafe.

The reason I put that up is because all Toyota does is bash american vehicles in their commercials, yet they dont even make a truck that can haul their own trailor and need a domestic to do it...
 
I hate how deep sunk the speedometer and other dials are in the dash. Creates weird shadows and shit in the day.

its the ford f-150 SVT Raptor, i have no idea about the specs but it looks pretty bad ass, which is more than i can say for most stock chevy trucks

I have an 02 Silverado that has 183,00 miles on it, still runs just as strong as it did when I got it, never had any engine problems, ever. I'll be sticking with Chevy for a while.
 
Ford is the only decent American truck. Why would anyone buy anyone buy any American car besides Ford after all the money GM and Chysler took from us? Chevys are shit quality, overpriced, and overall not worth it. Toyota is doing a really good job. Probably make the best handling trucks and they stepped it up with the new generation Tundra. Toyotas are much better priced and didn't take billions of dollars from the government while they provide and equal amount of jobs as GM. Tacomas are excellent for someone who wants food gas mileage and doesn't want a big truck, no other company makes small trucks as good as Toyota. Fuck GM.
 
I will never own a ford car. From the Ford pinto incident then the ford firestone problem, i just cant trust them as a company. Plus my friend had a ford and the clutch cable kept breaking after about the 5th time he looked into it more and realized that ford had installed a piece backwards in the car and cutting the cables. His wasn't the only car like that though thousands of them had the same problem. Ford admitted to the problem when he called them up and didn't do anything about it. They just arent a trust worthy company. BTW this was all in the matter of like 1 year 5 clutch cables not a good sign.

BTW, sorry to any tundra boys out there, another and the main reason I prefer Ford is, I support AMERICA, NOT JAPAN, thats why I live here... Why would I want to give another country my money?
