Why ford kicks chevys ass.

guess where the profits from that factory go? think before you talk. my friends ram is ASSEMLED in mexico, that doesn't make dodge a mexican auto manufacturer.

Well my friends jeep the steering wheel is literally about to fall off, And I mean if you pulled up the steering wheel would come off. The breaks keep failing like every month he gets them fixed. He spent about 5 grand fixing the car up and it just keeps breaking.

Well isnt toyota a public company? So the profits would go to the shareholders...?

Don't get me wrong, there's still all the designers and corporate leaders who are Japanese (not all of them), as well as the fact the the Prius is exclusively made in Japan, but shareholders aren't necessarily all Japanese.

Cool, but my point was it's jobs in America.

What do American companies that assemble in Mexico do with their profits?

Get bailed out?

It's great from a jobs perspective, that's all i'm saying.

couple of my friends have drive new rangers and ALL of them have electrical problems my friends who drive old silverados have no problems and they run like champs

yes, what im sayin. i own 2 ford's and have never had a problem with either. cept when a tree fell on our truck, that was a problem haha

well.. now lets talk about diesel... the Cummins Turbo Diesel, dominates.

ford powerstroke is bullshit, its unreliable, cant post solid numbers and is shitty overall.

duramax is decent, but still not very fire.

dodge>chevy>ford

hahaha toyota sucks ass now! 2 recalls now, one for the break pedals and then another for the main frame of the truck, correct me if I'm wrong.

dodge owns all, ford comes in next for not accepting bailout and making that new raptor, and last is gm cause the government owns them now.

motor wise it goes cummings, durmax, powerstroke

look wise it goes, gmc/chevy, dodge, ford

Main frame of the tacoma truck happened years ago. From what i heard it was a coating problem that occured where the frames were made and coated......here in the good ole us of a.

Yota made good and bought the trucks back at value and a half. Gave me 11,500 for a truck I paid 9900 for two years earlier. I used the money to buy another toyota, and then another toyota. I love em, I just like the older ones that were actually built in japan. When the fuck are we gonna get a diesel yota over here, that political BS is ridiculous.

you fucking dumb shit, fords modular v-10 is gas, and its not 8.1 L. There diesel are the powerstrokes that came in 7.3 (good one) , 6.0,( bad one) and 6.4 ( good, but bad fuel mileage for a diesel). if you want a diesel cummins is the only way to go , my cummins does so much work and it gets decent mileage as well. also smokes alot of lil kids hondas with the mods i got on her, which is always fun.

hahaha i was thinking this exactly.... the top part atleast. cummins are dope no doubt, i just personally like the look of fords better, this is my friends 7.3 powerstroker. stacks, column gages, super sick truck. ive got a green one 01, with a straight pipe, tuner, its dope.

my dad has a ford. I absolutely hate it. one of my best buddies has a ford. and i absolutely hate it. They are uncomfortable to drive, the gearing in their stick versions blow. Fords are terrible.

The Duramax that the Allison is attached to sounds like such a piece of shit and isn't that great of an engine in my opinion.

Cummins>Powerstroke>>>>>>>>Duramax

From experience fords and chevys are both pretty shitty quality. I have a dodge and it's no exception, but I'd probably go with a toyota if I was gonna get another truck.
that raptor is pretty nice looking though hah

My dads Cummins turbo diesel is legit. We've had it for 3 years now it still drives like a champ. All my buddys with there pussy ass jeta's and civics think they can take it but once they see it sun they know they wont stand a chance ha.
Dodge>Ford>>>>Chevy

My only issue with the Tundra at least is their damn dashboard. The dials are deepset into it and the Sppedometer and every other dial has it's own little compartment that I could stick my hand in up past my wrist. That thing gets shadows like no other on them.
