I came on here to make a thread about this. Last week, I fell off a down rail and landed back seat on one ski. My shin and calfs hurt immensely. I went skiing last night, and it still hurt, but the pain was not very bad. However, near the end of the night, I had a small fall and re hurt my shin and ankle. My boots are a tiny bit big, but I had the buckles very tight. I am skiing this weekend and I am wondering if there is anything I can do to help the pain go away, so I can try some new tricks. Any help would be greatly appreciated
