That is definately not normal. I had a pair of skis shipped to me and the packaging didnt cover the tips or tails at all. I would have been really pissed except my skis were in perfect condition anyways. so there is no way that that happened during shipping.

i was screwed by him before he was let off. i was riding for RED helmets and at the us open he didn't bring me a helmet for the comp. that was weak, but it was really weak when he wouldn't even rent me one. i proceeded to rent one myself, because their required in comps..after that he told me i wasn't going to get resigned because he claimed i was an "alchoholic" cause i talked to him one time on the phone tainted... if you know me personally you would know that i am by no means a big drinker....he just started making up dumb ass exscuses to me on why he was dropping me... directly 10 minutes after with rage still inside me i won us open slopestlyle. What now bacon?!

later on in the year he told me anon is fucked up and jeff gilberti told him to drop me cause i was under contract with spy and thought i had no use to the company as a rider if i wasn't on anon.....good idea guys....well anyways. fucked up shit...

Bacon is super nice to me, He gave me food and beer in hood and guys common, its not like he's robbing little old women. but while we're talking i thought I should add that My 70 yr old grandmother is so interested in what her grandson does so she decided to go on one of these "computers" at her neighbors and buy a copy, its been like 8 monthes and my grandmother has seen no movie. lets recap: he DOESNT steal from little old women... and no hate, or atleast not after my grandmother gets her copy....

im not going to respond to every single thing anyone writes...I have better things to do then post endlessly in this thread, but to cover most things

a) if i sell something, the buyer denies insurance, and something gets fucked, my hands are clean. I dont know what happened to emperorryders skis, but it wasnt in any way my issue. he complains i sold him something before, and it took a DECENTLY LONG time to arrive. Sure, it took awhile to arrive. Most likely I sold it right around the time I was departing for a trip (i do this commonly, to get extra cash on hand) then I boarded a plane and shipped them when I returned. He recieved the skis in the exact condition I described them in.

do I feel bad when someone ends up w/something messed during shipping...of course. Can I explain why the box was fine but the ski wasnt? no...perhaps it was crushed during shipping. Cardboard isnt metal, it doesnt "dent". But as I said before, if a buyer is offered 5 dollar EXTRA for insurance, and denies this..thats as far as it goes. Someone commented "isnt the seller responsible for the goods until it reaches the buyers door"? absolutely not...if ANYONE drops off a box at ups/usps/fedex, are they expected to FOLLOW the box on its trip, making sure nothing happens on the way? that is a rediculous premise. The package carrier is responsible for the package once they take posession of it. Ever lose a bag on an airline? The airline doesnt say "your responsible"

As far as LJ commenting, I appreciate that. Witt might say "im always nice in person". LJ is not shooting for me/working for me/anything or that nature. I have no commitment to him at all. Yet when he shows up in Hood with 12 dollars in his pocket, of course ill help him out w/some food and some beer. I spend out of my own pocket to help someone, when I have absolutely no ties to them at all. I had a 22 day trip w/ a 800 dollar budget, and on the 1st day of the trip, I was already spending money on other people. Im not doing it to talk about it later. The only reason I bring it up is that LJ was nice enough to speak out with the good ive done for him.

The fact stands that ive helped MORE people out in the last four years then Ive ever been helped in my life by anyone. (save for one person) And I wont sit here and write a list of who it was done for, because the people who ive done for know it. Whether its writing college recomendations, letters and phonecalls to get a deserving athlete into X-Games pipe, leaving at 4am to get people to the airport when my flight isnt until 3pm the next day, being the sober one so the drunks get home safely, buying the poor food, giving (not loaning) money to whoever needs it, giving away footage to companies that I could CHARGE for, getting lift tickets for "friends of friends" that ive never met in my life, or just generally "taking care" of people, Ive always stepped up and taken care of shit. And i dont need NS or the same 20 people who keep posting to reassure me of any of that. I know, and the people who benefitted know, whats been done.

As far as anyone suing me, they should be intelligent enough to not comment in public forums, or have their best friends write it for them. So dont expect any comment from me on the situation...im a hell of alot smarter then that. Do I feel ill win in court, absolutely...but no comments

Thats all im writing. To be entirely honest, tonite was the first time ive even read through this thread, out of insomnia only. For some people, this site might be the "be all end all" of their life, but for me its not.

I know the percentage of what ive sold, that has been delivered PERFECTLY, is 90% or better. Hope some of the buyers step up and let everyone know that.

I know everything ive done in four years to help people, and its cost me substantial money. I dont need NS to validate that for me either.

So the 20 people who want to keep posting back and forth among yourselves, feel free.
